Ordered four pizzas. Three of them were as ordered. The fourth one was a Pesto pizza. Got home to eat it and the main ingredient of PESTO was missing! What’s up with that! Very disappointed!
Not a big fan of pizza but my friends wanted to go so I went. The pizza was made fast and they got all the toppings that I wanted (just cheese). When I went to checkout out the price was affordable. I went to go get my pizza and the young girl that was boxing and cutting my pizza was super nice and was good looking. 10/10 I would go here.
Pizza was good. The young lady that cut and boxed my pizza was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. It was so refreshing because you don't get to see that a lot nowadays from young people.
Double charged me. Then instead of just asking if I wanted a refund they charged me again the right price. So I have to wait a couple days to see if I do get it. And my sandwich was burnt on the bottom with 3 little pieces of chicken. Maybe the pizza is better.

Good pizza and service. Staff took extra care to change their gloves and separate my pizza when I ordered meat and dairy free, which I appreciated.
I ordered my pizza and calzone online because I was exhausted and wanted to grab and go to get home. I walked in to get the pizza and the calzone thought it was ready only to find out that the pizzas were ready and cold but no calzone. They made the calzone into a pizza so instead of grabbing and going I had to sit and wait for my calzone behind a ton of people ordering pizza…they are always very busy! The purpose of ordering online is to grab and go this wasn’t the case on the receipt it clearly stated Calzone. Then I grab the other two pizza that were waiting not even hot anymore no one offered to keep them warm while I waited this is a absolutely ridiculous! If you want hot pizza don’t order ahead online, Also If my kids weren’t waiting on pizza from Lit I would’ve gotten my money back! Pictures also of how my pizzas were thrown together. Uuuggghhh just really frustrating! Get it together Lit Pizza get a pizza warmer like all of the other pizza places to keep folks food warm!
I have never been to LIT pizza before this evening. My wife ordered four pizzas one for each person. they said the pizza will be ready in 25 minutes and it was done in 9 minutes and sat there for the additional time. When I picked up my pizza it was nearly room temperature and the cheese had congealed. Neither my wife or I had received a text letting us know the food was ready earlier than expected. A simple heads up would have prevented this. The crust of the pizza on the outside was charred and delicious but the middle of the pizza was quite soggy after sitting there for over 15 minutes.
I have been here several times and will continue. The staff is great and service is quick and pleasant. Never takes but a few minutes to get a fresh hot pizza made to order. Very pleased.
This is the only pizza place we go to we can see how clean it is compared to some of the others and the staff is always friendly
