Quick trip through the drive-through to order my favorite item, which is the pot pie. Its a hit and miss at this location because sometimes the pot pie is juicy and at other times it’s dry. Today was an off day because it was so dry on the inside. I ate two of the wings, but looking at the picture you can see how small they are. I expected more for $6.99. But I will give credit where credit is due. The wings were hot and seasoned perfectly.Anyway the 3 stars is because the customer service just sucks. I think it has to do with the youngsters that are working. They have no work ethic or people skills. When taking my order through the drive-through, their tone always sound like they don’t wanna deal with me as a customer or I’m a bother. They don’t say “thank you” or “you’re welcome”. It’s the same experience all the time so it has nothing to do with a particular person.I always check my food before leaving any drive-through and I’m glad I did because they had only given me five wings so I had to go inside (which was technically closed). In addition, they did not tell me I would have an eight minute wait until AFTER I paid for my order.I’ve had enough bad experiences not to return. I would’ve preferred to spend my $13+ dollars on something else.
I wouldn’t waste my time here again. We waited alongside of three other cars that were told to pull to the side. The chicken wings looked suspicious. White meat shouldn’t be dark brown? Right? The manager brought us our food and seemed incapacitated and confused. He looked at my husband and I like he never saw a human before.
My pepsi wasn't full, ordered mash and got the nasty new fries then couldn't get an answer at the door, tenders were fresh but small place looks derelict
I am sure when this pandemic is under control the rating will increase
Always messing up orders employees seem to hate their lives but it’s KFC what more do you want
Awful night service, I saw why we were the only ones there. We ordered a tender family meal with 3 sides. We get home and we only got 2 sides of mac n cheese that tasted old, they forgot our mashed potatoes and gravy. We were also missing like 8 chicken tenders which were suppose to be extra crispy but was extra soft. The man that came hand us our food was not even in uniform. Only good thing I can say was the biscuits were hot
Service is always on point. Food always ? and fresh. Best coleslaw in the business!!
Waited 30 mins for food and didn’t even receive my whole order. Kept being told to pull up when no one was behind us.
The waiter is kind of rude with no patient and didn’t wear mask. The waiting time is kind of long, very disappointing experience
