It’s bad enough this place doesn’t honor its own hours of operation but when they are open they can’t get a simple two number 9’s one without onion right. Get home and have two number 8s exactly the same and only car in line!
Went during normal hours and no one was there. This was at 11:15 on a Saturday. They even had a white paper sign saying their mon - sat hours started at 10:30am
Have gone on three separate occasions now during operating hours and after waiting around 10 minutes in the drive thru each time no one has answered. Watched multiple cars wait and leave before I got to the speaker.
Doo not order from here within an hour of closing. I placed my order at 6:12 pm, and at 6:55 pm got a message saying my order will be delivered the following day at 10:30 am. SERIOUSLY?! Too lazy to deliver, so punt it too the next day. And who closes at 7pm?!
I don’t recommend this Jimmy John’s restaurant. I came here at 7 PM as they are supposed to be open until 9 PM and no one was in the store. I went somewhere else. Never ran across a Jimmy John’s that wasn’t open. Well it was supposed to be open. That says a lot.
Wheat bread sandwich was not good....too much mayonnaise & too much lettuce & the cashier cleared my order before I could give her my phone number for the rewards program & told me she couldn't do anything about it.....
Favorite fast food joint in Gonzales. Beats the hell out of Subway. Though I would not refer to it as "healthy", it is certainly healthier than the alternatives.I always get the Gargantuan Unwhich. I get two meals out of it.Ive eaten at this location dozens of times, and they have only gotten my order wrong once! I can't say that about any other fast food joint.I usually order online and pick it up at the window. However the handful of times that I have eaten inside, it was clean.Also, everyone that works here is friendly and quick. Highly recommend Jimmy Johns, specifically this location.
The driveway is fast and accurate. Always friendly. The food is fresh and consistent--tastes great!

I’ve been here probably a dozen times in the last 6 months and my order is wrong 95% of the time. I’m not sure what the problem is? If it’s on the receipt what’s the issue??? I even drove back only to receive the incorrect order for a second time.
