No one ran the cash register when you walked in. Waited 10 minutes for her to decide to walk over from drive through to check us out. Should have gone somewhere else, and will next time. Food was really good but the service and lack of cleanliness was disgusting. Three other families went through the same wait and treatment as we waited and ate.
This place was understaffed for walk-ins and were only taking and filling orders in the drive-through. It was close to lunch time and a person came from the back room and starting taking care of customers.They are trying to hire more people. I hope they hire some more people and treat the employees well, so they can take care of the Jack in the Box eating public.
I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before driving off without placing an order. Drive around to the window and the entire crew is at the front counter on their phones. One was actually leaning out the drive thru window.. So I’m assuming they were just gonna let me sit there until they were done on their phones.
Would not recommend going to this one.I like Jack's but this one could use a lot of help in the drive through area customer service was ok but could have been better
Nicest lady I have ever met at speaker box. Made our day so topped her and extra buck and told her to keep the change. Food was fresh and warm
This is probably the worst location in the entire United States. Not only have I had issues at the location, but Door Dash too. These "employees" are lazy, rude and just unprofessional.I blame management. Hands down. Learn how to run your business or find someone else who can!

Spent over 20 minutes in the drive through on a Sunday at 11 AM. Out of numerous food items. We would have bailed much earlier if we weren't trapped in the drive through by a large truck. Clearly not staffed enough or staffed with the wrong people. Laughed out loud when the long line of people behind us drove straight off as well. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
Food is great . But ordering can be aggravating. Not sure if there speaker and microphone is jacked up or the workers just don't understand what you are saying at times.. it's like they ask what you want but don't pay attention to what the hell you say
Never in my life have I experienced a drive thru this bad. Just waited an hour to get food in the drive thru line. Would have left but once you are in line you are trapped and cannot get out. If I could give them a zero star review I would.
