Ordered from here, 50$! the delivery person, Jasmine, whom I understand works thru a 3rd party, left out most of my order. Can't call Jasmine, can't call The store, no one answers. Jasmine blocked my number. No one working drive-thru knows anything. Can't go inside the store.I guess I got SCAMMED.Edit; ok so where's my refund? Where's my food??? It's been weeks. You replied, but its empty words, just for show, that's all. I still havent gotten any kind of refund.
It would be great if they could give all the items ordered. So frustrating when you get home and there is food missing.
Horrible service, everyone is so rude! And on top of that they take no care in food preparation, it looks as bad as it tastes. Do not eat there go to wendy's

This place consistently lacks in quality and service. 3 of the last 3 orders included half full fries and like warm at best.
I guess being that it was Christmas and everything was closed and everyone was tired of eating the traditional Christmas food the line was long..it took about 20 minutes to get my food..but overall it was good..I thank the employees that had to work tho
Literally only had two people working and they left without taking the lights off as we got there. I blame the management rather than these two obviously overworked individuals.
Went this evening, 11/24/2021, and ordered a sandwich and specifically requested to hold the cheese, and the person taking the order entered the no cheese modification, and I proceeded to pay and recieve my food. I get home and open my sandwich to, you guessed it, covered with cheese. Now I have food that I cannot eat as I am lactose intolerant. The kitchen dropped the ball on this one. Your kitchen needs to take better care when reading the order tickets and make the proper modifications. By the time I was home it was too late to go back and get it fixed , and the wait was 30 minutes the first round and I wasn't waiting in a 30 minute line again to fix the kitchens mistake. Very disappointed, as this was such a simple thing they were asked to do. How hard is it to read a ticket and hold the cheese? This isn't rocket science. I am willing to modify my review to include more stars if management could contact me to replace the sandwich that I ordered but failed to recieve. Can I get another sandwich with no cheese this time? Unacceptable. The clerk operating the window was very friendly and polite.
Always disappointed with the quality at this location. Order is usually wrong and they put the food together carelessly.
