One Star only do to the one worker who did three burritos at a time with no help, others stood there… or the other workers did small side orders (but put them in front of us and out the door quick) but did not help the young girl at all to help us out the door. There was no teamwork.. as a line formed behind us, no one but that one worker tried to hurry to get the line moving. Others put together items very sloppy I saw all this due to the three burritos trying to be made by this hard worker while they watched, and she asked for queso and they brought it to her slow on purpose.. all three burritos were cold by this time. Hot sauces or salsas are not real, I don’t know what that is…disgusting. @$55 for three burritos one small and three drinks. Not worth it… now that is Illegal. Terrible
Endless possibilities to make the biggest burrito you will not be able to finish eating. I swear every time I tell myself I'm going to take it easy and by the end of the line I end up with the 2 lb burrito.
I wanna say thank you to the staff, I left my wallet there and they held it til I got there.A great group of kids and very polite. Thank you again
The whole prep area was nasty. Someone came and poured water in the onions , aiming for the hot water reservoir underneath. The server then wanted to serve us onions swimming in water. There was food everywhere, on the floor , overflowing between containers and all the servers seemed to think this is ok. I cringed to think what the water reservoir looked like inside. They kept gloves on while touching surfaces , registers and then their faces and then went back to help with the food ,touching it with same gloves they just rang someone's order up with.I was horrified. Not hygienic at all.
Compared to the two other popular burrito chains I’ve frequented, this is a distant third. Rice was hard. Steak was dry. Perhaps I caught them on an off day.
Food was not too great. The employees were not very engaged. My friend and I did not see enthusiasm from the 3 different employees we interacted with on the day we visited. It was only mid morning and the service sucked. I can't imagine what the rest of that day was for customers. Sad that I have to give this review.
Food was good but queso station was really messy. Seems to have dried cheese all over the counter.
This place used to be amazing but it took a nose dive after 2021. My food is always cold the chips are either too hard or too soggy to be eaten. This place is just sad at this point.
Food always fresh and delicious. Grandson can tear up a burrito like nobody's business!
Awesome burritos. The girl who assisted us was super nice and helpful. She made seem like she loves working here and serving people.
