This izzo’s location used to be good but has drastically declined over the past year in both food quality and especially service quality. The workers take absolutely no pride in making the food and seem as though they have never made a burrito or taco in their life. I always want to ask them after they make a burrito or taco to look at it and ask themselves if they would eat it looking like that. They barely know how to wrap a burrito without breaking it or having half the food squirt out. I used to deal with the incompetence of the workers but the food quality has gone down so much that it’s not even worth going.
Stopped in while in town with the kids. Service was very friendly and helpful. I had the shrimp and steak salad. It was delivered to the table quickly and tasted great ? The others all had quesadillas and enjoyed them too.
First time eatting at izzos in general. The food was decent but not completely what I ordered. Also, the restaurant was not clean. Customer service was good.
First time eating at Izzo’s…fast, friendly service. We had burrito bowl, tacos and a burrito. Everything was really good. Ronaldo and the other staff were very attentive and professional. I would definitely eat here again!
The crew that served me was very professional, courteous, and highly driven towards customer satisfaction. Throughout the process, while maintaining expedience, the young guy fixing my burrito took the time to train the new workers about stuff they haven’t encountered before. Overall an amazing experience. Keep up the good work!
Ordered two simple burrito meal deals on their website. Was told 25 minutes and it would be ready for pickup. I arrived a few minutes later due to traffic but when I told the people behind the counter I was picking up they hadn't even started making it yet. I had to remind them that I purchased chips and drinks because they did not look at the ticket. They left out the Queso and didnt mark the burritos and there we no meat in either one. This is completely unsatisfactory service. Will not be going here for a very long time and will not be recommending anyone to go here.
Food prep station was a mess, the hot food location when placing your order was crusty not cleaned and not appealing. They were out of chicken shrimp and steak pork was there for a long time soaking but ended up being dry. Keep your stations that are in eye view Clean and orderly. The burrito was tasty though 3 stars for the cleanliness
Worst burrito I've ever had. Chicken had obviously been out for more than one day as it was dried to the point of being like jerky and some of it was so hard it couldn't be chewed. Burrito was wrapped so losely that it fell apart in the wrapper before eating.
Food is great, employees were fast and efficient. Will return.
I’ve worked at 3 different Izzos locations and have gone to many other ones, but this is by the far the worst location. I ordered food for pickup at 7:20 tonight that was to be ready for 7:47. I show up at 7:44 to pick up my food and the receipt is “misplaced” and the food is not made. Instead of making the food, a refund is given… the store does not close until 8pm. Many times I have driven past this store at 7/7:30pm and it has been closed before 8pm. If you want to close early then change your business hours. Awful management!
