BEST fast food you can get! This burger out beats any other fast food burger out there by a landslide...and honestly, most other sit down restaurants as well! The meat is good quality with a great taste. Did I mention they use whole pickle slices(yum)?!! They also know how to make the bacon crispy,(upon request) which apparently leaves other fast food restaurant employees scratching their heads, lol. I love that they went a different route by choosing shoestring fries as their side and then dust them with delicious seasoning rather than just salt and pepper. They're definitely a perfect complement to such a tasty burger ? ...Then, as if that's not enough and you're not already bursting at the seams, then you have the opportunity to order a hot fudge brownie sunday(add banana and strawberries)....OMG....where is the wheelbarrow to wheel me outta this place??BTW this location is BY FAR the best location I've ever visited and that is mostly due to a gentleman named Mr. Eddie. My 3 year old had a really rough day at the doctor, so I brought him in for lunch and a Sunday to lift his spirits. Mr Eddie made sure that he did just that. From the moment we walked into the door, Mr Eddie went out of his way to greet us with a smile, explain the menu, make suggestions and complement my son smile. Then when we made our order for our Sunday, he made sure to make it extra special. He really made my son's day. We left with a fist bump, full bellies and big smiles thanks to Mr Eddie and Freddy's! We shall return!
The food is good but this place is slow, they won’t give you any extra sauce which I’d gladly pay for, and their drive through is literally a trap, if you go through and there are people in front of you, you can not leave until the rest of the people get their order, which wouldn’t be bad unless they broke their card reader and then you have to wait until everyone else gets their food so you can drive away, literally spent 20 minutes in line just to leave the drive through. Why is there no lane to leave? Why is it 100% surrounded by bushes?
The Steakburger is a Yes for me! Yummy ice cream too. Quicker service would be nice though. It takes us forever to get anything here.
took 45 minutes to get order with 2 orders in front of us. need another cook or helper in kitchen . food was excellent always is

Very disappointed in burger. The meat was paper thin and burnt. I could've gone to McDonald's and got a 1/3 ponder and had more meat and hot fries too not happy at all
Last time ever! Screwed up our order, lied and said fry sauce was in the bag…it wasn’t! Out of sweet tea. Chicken sandwich in the bag we did not order and shorted us an order of fries. Only one burger out of 3 was made as ordered. Good bye Freddies. Never again.
Very friendly costumer service , sierra was very patient and kind and very friendly , great costumer service is hard to come by these days I would know being a general manager myself . Everyone was polite even the guys in the back . Lobby was clean and food was fast and delicious !! First time for our family to eat here and it just became our number 1 spot ! Thank you Freddy frozen custard staff for an amazing service !
The girl that has worked the drive-thru the last 2 times I have taken my daughter after dance, has THE WORST attitude. Oh, I'm sorry that you have to give me a straw for my daughter's drink. Or, that you have to give me a spoon for my sundae. However, when I ask if there were napkins in the bag, don't slam the window shut and storm away because you have to do YOUR job. and then, don't ignore me when you know I am still sitting there waiting on you to get my napkins. Rude, entitled, brat.
At the end of the day, it's fast food, but I feel when compared to fast food that Freddy's is a great choice. Their fry sauce is good, they shakes are great, and the fries themselves are thin and delicious. The burgers are really thin patties, but I find they taste really well.
