This is my first time to this fire house sub sandwich shop and it was excellent I want to say thank you to Tray who suggested adding pastrami to my Italian sandwich it is the best sandwich I’ve ever had at a fire house hands-down and I love eating at the fire house subs. The entire staff was very friendly everybody had a smiling it was clean inside and quick service again TRay should be emulated by others and I thank you for taking care of this old military veteran as well and thank you to the entire staff they were all energetic I look forward to coming here again

My girls and I were on our way home from a weekend in New Orleans and we stopped at Firehouse Sub in Gonzales and let me tell you we got the best sandwich!!! The workers were extremely nice and the sandwich was GREAT!!
Please and thank you. Repeat after me. Please and thank you, LOL. It goes alot farther with your customers than giving them the stare down and silent treatment from the second they walk in the door. Restaurant was completely empty but there were a few dirty tables and the employees were just hanging out behind the counter. Yes the food is good, but it's just not enough anymore since I've encountered this before. Just tired of it.
