So I haven't tried this place in a few years because it was horrible...I decided to try it again... won't be making this mistake again... this is what I got for $47!!! Wow! I paid extra to add shrimp to my chicken in garlic sauce and I had 3 shrimp! What a rip off! Definitely better quality of food and pricing elsewhere! Very very very disappointed and the food was mediocre ?
The people are courteous, service is fast, but the food isn't that good.
I live 5 hours away... When I come to Ascension Parish for any amount of time, we will stop and eat at China King Restaurant.!
I slept on this place for two years after my first time going. They must have changed it up recently since my meal was excellent. I recommend the egg rolls, pork fried rice, and general tsos chicken.
They've really stepped up the quality. They packed the containers so full of food they were busting open and it was ready for pickup in 10 min. Do recommend
I ordered wontons at 2pm...they were excellent! Then I reordered at 5pm...they were greasy and burned on the edges and not at all what we had in mind,especially from the decent food we had earlier. Disappointed
Try the Singapore noodles. One of my favorite Chinese takeout places.
