Slow and very dirty! Family of 5 walked in barley greeted, drinks took forever, kids get their food parents waited till after kids finished. Walked to the bathroom seen kitchen and almost threw up. Get to the bathroom dead roach right by the door! We paid full price and left with an apology saying this is not our standard sorry. Very dark and dirty! Never again
This place is nasty. The women’s bathroom is disgusting. The tables are dirty and sticky. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months. We left without eating because there is no telling what the kitchen looks like. I wouldn’t feed my dogs food from this place. It obviously hasn’t had an inspection in a long time.
Service was absolutely abysmal, waited forever at the host stand. Once seated, our waitress used a napkin off of another table to clean our table. That table had occupants. I ordered a tea, the tea was old. My sister ordered another tea for me, it was old AND unsweet. The salt was empty except for the rice that was in it. I have quite literally never had service this bad.
I never leave reviews but my experience was so bad that I felt like I needed to warn others. A week ago, we went in to chilis and stood at the door for 10 minutes and was never greeted or sat so we left. We decided to give them another shot today and it was regrettable. Stood at the door for 15 minutes waiting to get sat or even greeted, 4 people looked directly at me several times and said nothing. Finally after being sat, our server grabs a napkin off of an occupied table to wipe off our table…(disgusting). So we order and the food wasn’t the best, never was brought another drink, offered a to go drink or anything. I’ve spent many years as a server so I sympathize with being short staffed but I’ve done it for a long time, it’s not impossible to still give good service. We won’t be going back.
I order curbside, but I had to go in to get my order.I checked in 3 times I waited, waited and waited. Right I received cold food abs horrible service.I didn't dress to go in ..When a person uses such services it maybe for a reason. It's horrible when the system they set in place fails you. ?
Not everyone or everything is terrible. They have quite a few good servers. I called twice and two employees answered the phone by saying “Cracker Barrel” then proceeded to put a coworker on the phone when asked for a manager. The most unprofessional thing there is to do. Very disappointing.
'That's a no from me dog'. The hostess was really unfriendly and mean, seemed like she just hated her job and was just there to collect a paycheck. Which, I get, but damn lady be nice it ain't my fault! Our server was friendly and seemed like a good guy stuck at a rotten job. Our food was 'just okay' and we didn't read the reviews before we went here, now I wish I did because it took FOREVER and a day.
Horrible, They we're working short staff and I was told by one waitress someone would be right back to assist me after 15 minutes the waitress never came back. As I decided to leave a young man showed up and said, just give me 5 minutes. 5 turned into 8. Suddenly he said right this way. After ordering the waitress sat an elderly couples salad in front of me, I explained it wasn't mine, but since, she put it there I would purchase it. She began to freak out and took the salads away only to send the same salads out to the couple. The machine used to pay was filthy and when I refused to use it, she made me wait until she cleaned it. So 8 dollars of her $10 tip went to the person who served me and waited on me. I did leave her $2 to reflect on her service.
The food was on point. You could tell whoever was in charge that day enjoys what they do. Service was great also. Definitely recommend
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, this place is absolutely ridiculous. Visited there with my husband and our five kids and we were told they cannot seat more than 6 due to Covid, meanwhile nobody’s wearing masks and guests were seated within close proximity. They are using Covid as a reason to turn away guests, I mean what’s the point all mask mandates have been lifted ??♀️ Any excuse to do minimum work. Just pathetic and unprofessional
