Gave this location so many chances just because it’s chick fil a. This location is probably the worst. I understand it gets busy, but every time I go, I’m asked to pull around and then I proceed to wait for the longest time. When I finally get my food, it’s cold. Why have me pull around if the food is going to be cold? It’s clearly not because y’all are making it fresh. I’ve never been asked to pull around, wait, and then receive cold food at any other chick fil a location.
I like Chick-fil-A a whole lot one of my favorite fast food restaurants the staff is always pleasant accommodating order is always right and they're always with smiles!
Hands down the Best Chick Fila in the World! Chicken is always cooked to perfection and the Employees and Management is outstanding! If you’re in the Gonzales area please do not hesitate to check em out! I go here almost everyday
Excellent Drive Thru experience. Even during lunch rush this location has your food out very quickly. The food is outstanding. Definitely recommend.

One of the nicest Chick-Fil-A locations that I’ve been to. It has drive thru, curbside and pick up that is separate from the regular dinning area. Very nice indeed.
Food is always fresh however, every single time I come here my order is wrong. I order grilled nuggets and I get fried, not given drinks, missing salad dressings or the nuts that go with it, missing entire salads, my order is never right on the ticket either so I have to add at the window and it still gets given to me wrong afterwards. I’m so frustrated.
We ordered 2 fried chick sandwiches deluxe. The chicken was dark brown and tasted like they were refried. Oily not the chicken we expected
I love some Chick-fil-A . only wish there were coupons available via mail email or online . The food is delicious the service is awesome I love love love the wraps I haven't even tried everything on the menu but the few things I've tried were delicious!!
