I sure hope you people can explain some logic behind the way I was treated today at your Highway 30 location in Gonzales, Louisiana. The cashier at the window yelled at us to reverse our vehicle and move from the window area to behind the yellow post. She was very demanding in doing so. She also cussed at us as we were attempting to drive off. I went inside to get her name and the RGM’s contact info, and she began yelling at me. Then the manager on duty began yelling at me to get the f**k out of her store. She even showed me the middle finger, as shown in the photos below. She also instructed the employees to lock the doors as if she perceived me to be some type of threat, when all I was attempting to do was get the contact info of the RGM. I filed a police report to protect myself from any type of accusations since her instructions to her employees to lock the doors made me believe she was gonna accuse me being a threat. The responding officers knew exactly who she was, and they described her to me before I described her to them. They’ve obviously dealt with her before. There is no excuse for a customer to be treated in such a manner.
The management there needs to be replaced. I ordered cinnamon toast and a croissant(simple). I was given cinnamon toast that was uncooked and the sandwich ham was cold. I showed management the toast and she took it back to prepare me a fresh pair. However it wasn't fresh. She had refried the same toast I'd given her back (I had the same exact tear on the toast I'd given to her earlier) and instead of apogizing for the error she smuggedy father and was extremely rude. So not only messing up my order twice but disrespecting my father. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE
Everyone does not know about how u could not give me a Receipt,sweetie. Poor service. Got my order wrong!!!!! No name tag on! Poor attitude!!! She acted like that I know her printer was on back order,I am sure she could have gave me a receipt on another machine! Does not know how to work on technology!! Dumber than dirt,so sad! How some people can be.............
OnApril 21, 2022, I visited my local Burger King restaurant on Hwy 30 Gonzales, La. Placed my order specifically told the lady at the window I had a coupon for a whopper, add cheese, separated, fries, and coke, hot off the broiler, and not to microwave my burger. Checked my order before leaving the window, and the whopper, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles bread and the wrapper had been microwave. I attempted to go inside but door was locked, so I went around to the drive through window again to let her know that my order wasn’t made as I’d ordered. Before I could say anything the RUDE person cut me off and said there’s nothing wrong with your order. I told her I asked not to hv it microwave. I’ll refund your money, and leave. I asked to speak to the manager, said she was the manager, told me to leave, and she did the most disrespectful and disgusting thing she flicked the bird at me, and again said leave. I called the police because I didn’t do anything wrong, another male employee came up to the window and told me to leave, he wanted to start an argument with me, the radio dispatcher heard the conversation, asked me to not to say anything to them but move on the other side of the parking lot til the policeman come to take my report. I call main office to file a complaint against Burger King she told the office that I curse her, dats a lie, the dispatcher could verify I didn’t curse her. She needs to be fired, she’s unprofessional, to be working at a chain like BK. Needs remedial training. I’ll never go back again.

If i could give 0 stars i would...very very slow especially this morning...im still sitting at the ordering menu as i type....its been 10 mins already.....i finally decide to drive up to window and nobody... theres 1 person there that claim she not open.....THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE
The car behind me blew their horn while waiting in line and I was refused service for someone else's stupidity. This explained the reason there was no line at this establishment compared to all others. Just sad.
?♂️ Come on Burger King, the king of the sloppy burgers. Chicken is hard like plastic and cold. Can't even eat it.
How do enter zero stars lady at the window which is probably the manager was RUDE just for no reason if you hate your job just quit don’t ruin people day and get mad just because the want sauce or hot food smh. No matter how polite you are you get the same nasty attitude from staff.
They were friendly, not so fast service but good
