The atmosphere was really nice, the waitress was excellent, fast and attentive service. Tried the twice fried duck and it was not my favorite. The skin was not even close to crispy. The fat was not rendered and so most of your bite it fat. Because of having so much fat the duck meat itself had no flavor. The sauce the duck was cooked in was delicious. The Philly cheese panini had no flavor and not enough meat to bread. The rotisserie chicken was wonderful as was the grilled fish. Both had lots of flavor and perfect seasoning.
HORRIBLEEEE! We were here before 9pm. Received COLD chicken. They did offer to take off the entree but it’s the principle we waited a long time for COLD FOOD… our waiter Karlie was lovely… very friendly, knew about the menu and continuously checked on us. We heard the bus boy complaining because other customers were complaining about their food. The manager was also yelling at people in the kitchen about what they were not doing. I expected more from the environment. If you need to speak with your employees do it privately because I was embarrassed for the young lady he was speaking too.
Stopped in while traveling west. Atmosphere, service, and food was great. We requested a military discount as both husband and I are veterans. Only one meal was discounted. When our waitress informed her manager to adjust the ticket, his response was "there is no requirement to give a Veteran's discount". Our waitress was very apologetic when she explained that the card was already charged and she could not undo it. We had no problem at all with her explanation but whoever was manager on duty Saturday, June 9, 2022 at or are around 8p really needs to return to basic training to learn how to better communicate unfavorable results to patrons. This was by far the worst part of our experience there.
Always a good experience at Zea. Food is excellent. Reasonable prices.
To start it took forever to get our appetizer and when we got it the chips was greasy and refried they were stale. 2nd it took our waiter 1hour to take our order the customers who came after us had eaten and left when our food arrived. Normally it's not that bad don't know what happened on yesterday.
Atmosphere was nice. Food was good. I wish they had more sides to choose from. Prices are kinda high. Presentation of food was good. First time visit.
The food is amazing. And the customer service is great. Attentive and quality. We ordered a sampler to share and they perfectly split it in the appropriate amounts of everything without us asking. Much impressed with the food and service
This place is amazing! Not only is the food absolutely incredible, but the drinks are simply outstanding. And the service, well, the service is THE BEST! They're attentive, polite, and very friendly. Not to mention, easy on the eyes? The Chocolate Martini is a must try!?
This place has a very nice atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and food is really good. We had a appetizer a duck empanada. Shared a meal the sampler with chicken with the chili sauce,beef with a mushroom gravy, collards with bacon and corn grits. Worth trying out good affordable food !
We had 3 people in our group and paid 70 dollars. The food was excellent and the service was good. The corn and grits was excellent.
