The customer service needs work … none of the employees act like they even want to be bothered with you …. No hi no hello no welcome in …. It’s just horrible they don’t even make eye contact with you and I don’t no what I would have to do to get a smile out of one of them … probably Sacrifice my soul ?Please do better I would gladly drive out of my way to another store to get better service..a standard needs to be set when hiring employees
Probably the WORST wingstop location I’ve ever had. The night crew is horrendous when it comes to taking orders and fulfilling them ACCURATELY. Management needs to step in and either let some people go or train them on customer service because man oh man… I probably won’t spend money at this location ever again and I’ll be sure to pass my experience along to my family and friends.
Read many reviews and was skeptical about coming here but I must say, the food was excellent! Drove up places order to go and within 20 minutes I had my order. Ms.Quita who served us was very nice knowledgeable and friendly.
The worst Wingstop around Baton Rouge. I’ve given this location multiple opportunities and each have been an utter waste of time and money. Do not waste your time unless you’re willing to wait over an hour for cold wings and disgusting fries.

Sign says open untill midnight but they wont take any orders after 1130? Lazy people is more like it. Closing time doesnt mean stop serving half hour before and clean kitchen till closing hours. Sad service. Lazy employees
I worked here for a month and a week; in that time i saw 2 "store managers" hired and fired.I stayed until i was opening the store by myself even though the (assistant) manager was 20 mins late.I left in a rage that disparaged my character because i felt like i was being held to another standard that no one else was and being paid the least amount in the store. Very sad. I hope the franchise manager takes notice
Awful service. The credit card machine doesn’t work. The cashier says it doesn’t take Capitol One Cards and Mastercards. If your using a credit card you have to order online. Crazy. This has been at least a month like this. French fries taste like it’s been cooked in burned oil. I have made serval visits at this location and each time there is a problem. Never again.
I called to add something to my order and immediately they were extremely rude for no reason. They told me the wait that I was going to have if I added something to my order and that was completely fine, but their poor attitude and tone of voice was extremely rude. When I asked the person on the phone to just cancel my order completely they hung up in my face. I have always went to this location with no problem but this is ridiculous I hope someone can fix this.
Customer Service here is HORRIBLE!!! I placed a to go order that was completely taken incorrectly by the person who answered the phone. When I called to tell them my order is incorrect and asked if could bring it back to have it corrected the lady is arguing me down that it’s correct on their end. I told her it had to be taken incorrectly! Why would I lie and argue over I $20 combo meal I paid for ! Y’all took the order wrong so fix it !!!! Can they please close this location and get us something that’s worth having in Denham because this isn’t it!
