Excellent service and food
In general was a great experience. We was celebrating my son birthday. The only was the waitress take our order but she no ask if someone of us have allergy to sea food or red meat.
I've been waiting for over 40 minutes at this place. There was only one other family infront of mine when I walked in originally. After seeing multiple families and couples be sat before us that came in after us I finally ask "hey what's going on" the host apparently did not write me down on the wait list after waiting for 40 minutes and then proceeded to blame it on me me because "I didn't tell them my name". The food may be gray but customer service 0/10 for sure. Extremely unhappy. If you messed up mistakes happen, I would've been fine if they tried to make it right but instead they blamed it on me and put me back AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST. Ridiculous.
It was one of our girls 14th birthday and we brought her here! Her first time coming and she laughed the whole time and so did we while they did their little show while cooking. Super fun!!

Why y’all treat your servers so bad? It’s sad and disrespectful. No wonder nobody wants to work here. Shameful af. Do better.
Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday party. Had 13 in our party so we went a little early to put our name in. They quoted 30 minutes and said to let them know when our whole party got there. 15-20 minutes later our whole party was there so I went into let them know. I was expecting to hear 10-15 minutes. They said from that point would be 45 minutes. So we would have to wait over an hour from the original 30 minutes quoted. They said at that point your whole party has to be there to even put you on the list to wait! I’m from out of town and go to many Japanese steakhouses. I completely understand you can’t seat us without our whole party being there that’s industry standard. But to keep us at the bottom of the list till our whole party got there is frustrating. They said they do that in case they call you earlier than the quoted time. Use a little common sense if u call us and our whole party isn’t there then don’t seat us. We obviously left. So my recommendation if you go to put your name in just tell them your whole party is there.

We had my daughter's 25 birthday dinner at Takumi Hibachi last night and we ate with 2 other black couples and they were treated the exact same as us. In fact one of the black gentleman at out hibachi grill gave the cook a $100 dollar tip. The food and service was excellent!
horrible service. burnt hibachi, hidden fees... I do not recommend ?
