I went through the drive thru around 11pm. The line was long but it didn't take as long as I thought it would. The food was amazing. When I got home, everything was still hot/warm and perfect. I hadn't had Taco Bell in quite a while because I had a HORRIBLE experience at the location in Central. This location was a lot better! The crew here was friendly and personable. I actually went back the next night as well ?. I'll definitely be going to this one again!
Eh. Their tacos, burritos, and speciality items are edible and has some taste. The $1 and $2 menu is where it's at when you're hungry and need something cheap and quick.
I always begin my order by asking if I can get it prepared without sour cream and they always say yes. But there has never been a time when there is no sour cream. Sometimes I want to go back and throw it at the idiots. Just tell me you won’t do it. It will save us both time.
They, without fail, forget to put some of our food in the bag, every single time. Too far of a drive once you get home and realize it, and no one will answer the phone when you call.
They fix your food like your in a 3rd world country and ingredients are the hardest thing to come by. Apparently all employees get quarterly bonuses for using the least amount of food.
Pretty much sums up my experience. They act like the amount of coke products going into cup comes out of their paycheck.
I go out of my way to avoid this taco at all costs. Every now and again after time ill go back and try them but its always a dissapointment on not only getting the food right, but just the general training on making the food. Its actually not edible in many cases and a second trip is necessary nearly everytime to get the correct order or missing food. Today i had a long day, decided its been a while, and i stopped through the drive through for 3 things, only request is no sour cream on 2 of the items. On my second trip in, because ofcourse i got the wrong order(looked like someone elses food), i go inside and without making any fuss bring to someones attention i had the wrong order and present my reciept. I wait for maybe 10 minutes for the employees to somehow have just not made it or attempt to make it until reminded by what i hope wasnt a manager but to no surprise probably is. Get my food a couple minutes later, looks right in the bag and i leave. I start driving home and begin eating on the way there just to be extremely dissapointed with cold meat, and an obvious excess of sauce making it inedible. Ill make sure there is no next time for me, the next 2 closest taco bells arent but 15-20 minutes from this location and they both meet/exceed my taco bell expectations. Its a shame i live closest to this one therefor making it convenient as its just not worth the overpriced fast food that inevitably goes in my trashcan after a single bite.
The service has always been impeccable. They are fast, efficient, and always polite and respectful.The only complaint I have, is regarding management. Having worked in the service industry for years, when your employees are "bored", but the floors, tables and bathrooms are dirty, you need to train your employees on a higher managerial level. There is always work to be done in a food service environment.
This Taco Bell gets our order correct 95% of the time and the food is always fresh. Sometimes when the drive through line is to the road you have to check and make sure everything is there.
The young lady at the window was fast, polite, and had a grate personality
