Ordered 2 footlong sandwiches for my family. I was the ONLY person in the store. Owner asked for my order. I gave it to him and he began prepping the bread for the 2 subs. He stops and moves my order over and turns around. pulls trays of bread out to add cheese. I stand there thinking it would be a minute or 2. SEVERAL minutes later he is still prepping the bread. He finally finishes and moves back to my order. He looks at me and asked about my order again. He sees I'm visibly irritated and asks me what's wrong. I told him that I thought it was unprofessional to stop my order to prep bread that could've waited the 3 minutes to finish my order and he says and I quote " So you are having a bad day and are taking it out on me now?" I was blown away by his unprofessionalism and rudeness. I've also been there at other times when he was training new employees and was super rude and degrading to them in front of customers.
