I had a humiliating moment at Pilot Travel Center #79I-12, Exit 10, 2601 South Range Avenue, Denham Springs, LA 70726. Subway manager I believe her name is Kenya treated me like garbage. It was around 10.45am 4/27/22. Check cameras to see what happened. She started blaming me because I told her to melt my cheese in my sandwich and then when I asked for more red onions she refused to give me more. I told her I would make a compliant aja she said she was the manager. She told me I was a headache for her and she didn’t care if I will complaint on her. The rest of employees laughed at me and none of them told her to shut her attitude towards me. I am the client here, please see video and audio to corroborate what I am saying. I did nothing wrong. This intolerable and unacceptable
The two women making sandwiches Saturday around noon had absolutely no manners and acted as if they didn’t want to be there at all. I used to work at a subway myself and the way they make their sandwiches Vs the way we were trained to is no where even near similar. One of the worst subways in denham && unfortunately the closest to my house. I’ll be driving further next time to avoid another unwanted experience.

The ladies making my sandwich were very nice. It was convenient to get a sandwich while on a long road trip.
The people in there are in no big hurry to do anything they r in there own conversation or watching what is going with other customers in pilot they r so slow and they don't care if they have a long line there will only be one person making sandwiches and the other person will come from the back and grab something and go back in the back room like there r bot 6 or 7 people waiting to place a order
Came in at 7:50 pm, I asked the girl behind the counter if they were closing bc she had a little cart out and looked to be cleaning up. She said yes they were closing twice. All the toppings were still out so I asked her if I was to late for a sandwich and she said yes. So I go and get a couple hotdogs to hold me over and while in line to pay, another lady came from the ba k and was making a guy a sandwich.. I asked her away time they close and she said 10:30.she offered me a sandwich when I told her what the first girl said. I hope the owner sees this. The manager was polite and professional. The girl working with her doesn't need to be in the SERVICE industry
What I want to know is how you mess up a sandwich when the person is telling you what they what on it not one but two subway's are not as good as they use to be
I've been here numerous times over the last two months and everything has always been fresh and prepared perfectly. They are usually super busy and short on help. I had several people ahead of me and only one young lady working. I was very impressed at how fast she took care of each customer. I will definitely continue coming here when I am in the area.
Ordered a Foot Long Meatball sub on Italian Herbs and Cheese. I got it toasted with tomatoes, green bell peppers and parmesan. It was ok the meatballs were to plain tasting though. I ate half and threw the other half out to a stray dog.
service was subpar due to it being 30 minutes prior to closing and employee obviously didn't want to be bothered.
