The coffees here are always less than mediocre compar3d to the one in Denham. Not sure why but tastes like water mixed with flavoring and no coffee in it at all.
They really need to shut this location down…quickly. They change the hours every week and it’s almost never open anymore. They don’t stock very well and drinks and food are always out of stock, they don’t alert you for closures and you waste gas driving there all the time. It’s Monday and they are closed at 10 in the morning…shut this location down please. It’s a waste of a building that could be rented out by a business that at least tries to please their customers.
If I could give this location NO stars I would! When I entered its as if they never saw are heard me at the counter. So I waited, thinking there was an emergency. Nope..there wasn't! After almost 10 minutes or so, the young lady acknowledged me. I asked for a small Pikes Place and 3 pumps of Caramel. She advised she needed to brew some and it would be a minute. No worries...then the horrible guy hands me my coffee and it's cold. So I hand it back and he says it could be the creamer, we just brewed that. I said, "Sir feel this cup." This sorry excuse of an employee yanks it and says "It's not that big of a deal, I can just make another one." WHAT?? He makes another one and would you know it..there was steam! I then told him I wasn't looking for a "Big Deal" just hot coffee. He says, whatever. I hate this location and have never witnessed such bad customer service ever.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. My chestnut praline latte is always a coffeegasm in a cup and the staff is amazingly efficient and friendly. I like to use the mobile app to order so I can just run in and grab my order. The only downside to this location is the drive thru. Soooo slow.
This is the second time I have ordered a strawberry creme frappe and it tastes so plain. I even ordered extra strawberry and it taste like milk. If I wanted straight milk I would have spent my money on a gallon of milk. Very disappointed
Clean and quiet inside seating and outside all amidst the buzz of traffic on Range Road . My staff was very nice and professional. My decaf pumpkin latee and turkey egg white whole wheat warm sandwich were a welcomed and delicious break from buying for my home .
Any mobile order will NOT be done anywhere near the estimated time at this location. I am regularly left sitting there for 15+ minutes and nobody bothers to check in and ask for the name on my order.
Totally appalled while sitting in drive thru line watched employee pet a dog in the car in front of us letting the dog lick all over her hands. Another employee joined her & let the dog eat from a cup. I watched to see if she left her station before waiting on us. She did not. Having experience in food business in the past I know this is not acceptable & they should be fired.
