Thank you for not serving me this morning. I drive a commercial box truck and connot fit threw your drive thru. You looked at me through your locked doors and couldn't care less. Thank God you have other stores who care about their customers. And willing to go the extra mile .
I had never been till last Tuesday and i didnt get what i ordered idk what it was i got but it was nasty i will give them another chance not sure when but when i do i will put that review with this one
This is the slowest drive thru EVER! 4 cars in line and it still takes 30 min. Do not come to this Starbucks! For some reason the last two times I have come here-I have sat in line (no lie) for 28 min and 32 min. The way the drive thru is made; it is impossible to leave the line. It’s terrible terrible terrible and the milk has been tasting extremely weird. PASS ON THIS STARBUCKS
The drink was perfect, as was the service.It was prompt, and the staff were very polite, and courteous. I will definitely be going back soon. Thanks guys.
Great place for coffee in LA. They accidentally made an iced caramel macchiato in place of my hot and they gave me the iced for free. Great people good coffee
Quick service. Friendly baristas. Clean store. Correct order. Use caution in the parking lot. A bit weird set up but accessible. Good drive thru, take out, or dine in.
I had a rough day yesterday!I never said a word about it. I guess the ladies in the drive thru could tell and they completely helped turn it around by just being kind! They handed me my coffee and told me they hoped my day got better! I truly appreciated it! 5 stars for amazing customer service And awesome attitudes! Thanks guys! ❤️❤️

This is by far the WORSE Starbucks to ever exist. If they are even kinda busy, you can expect your coffee to take 30 minutes, yes I said 30 minutes and that’s even if you order ahead in the app. The employees are awful and rude and they are verbal about not liking their customers orders. If you want to wait for your drink, it will at least half the time be wrong, or only half way filled up with milk. The manager is rude and doesn’t care that they are completely incompetent. I spend over $100 a week on coffee but you can guarantee that my money will be going to CC’s down the road now. This place is a joke, I wouldn’t recommend it. You’ve been warned.
