Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with caramel drizzle. Was given espresso and oat milk. No flavor. No drizzle. When I asked for caramel she said, I guess I can put some. I literally paid for it. This location keeps getting worse.

Road tripping is what we love to do…visiting family and seeing our beautiful country. But I never leave a state without my “Been There” coffee mug. Your location was perfectly off the highway, clean, staff was so nice and you had your mugs stocked! Thank you Louisiana!

Here at 7:45pm and door is locked - hours say the lobby closes at 8pm. Always out of supplies, I’ve been served drinks here after they have run out of supplies only to be told they didn’t have them at the window as they are handing me a different drink. Can we get a different coffee shop here on Juban please?
Just you typical Starbucks. $15 for to latte's. Overpriced and underwhelming. Only reason I stopped was because of a gift card.

I got a mango dragon fruit water refresher $5.28 when I received it there weren't any dragon fruit pieces in it . the girl at the window was like oh it still taste the same . NO IT DOESNT and you need to let your customers know when out of stock b4 they purchase it. and you should offer at least .50 off this nasty drink ... this was the 3rd location out of stock & didn't let me know b4 hand .. now you've lost $5.28 × 365 because I won't be back to any locations..
Slow and always closed for no reason. Repeatedly messes up orders. This store just needs to be closed so we can get a decent coffee shop in juban.
They are very slow & always out of key ingredients. I had to get a drink remade 3 times. I won’t be backUPDATE: still slow , still out of items listed . I can’t wait until target comes . Hopefully that Starbucks is better & this one closes
