I ordered a Grilled Cheese Double Burger from here 2 nights ago. I even used the Sonic app to avoid order mixed ups from vocal orders. I got home and there was NO MEAT ON THE BURGER!!!

Cannot get a order right for nothing - Last four times I went, food was wrong and the milkshakes I was bringing home to family melted while waiting for order to be corrected. I requested new shakes this last time and was refused. Manager didn"t care whatsoever. I will not be paying upfront at this sonic ever again but with cash and only after I check my food. If the food is wrong, just giving it all back and eating elsewhere.

Forget part of my order when it was delivered...had to wait longer. When I got home, I was missing my footlong coney, instead i had cheesy tots in the same container that my coney would normally be in. Call and had to leave a message. Sent a message via their website. I got a response offer a free hotdog with a purchase. that doesn't even cover the amount I spent plus I have to spend more to somewhat cover the mistake they made?? Mistakes happen....do better in making the customer whole. Very disappointed!!!!

I literally eat at this location daily and tonight we pulled up right before they closed and they refused to take our order! In this day and time there are just too many other options to be RUDE! I average $10 per day for five days a week! You

Ugh! I used the app, taking my time to customize my order and still it was wrong. I know it should be a job requirement that employees are at least able to read the order screen. At least the carhop was friendly and courteous but would it be too much to ask for napkins to be included?

If a zero star was ever possible, today would be the day! I ordered through the app, made it to stall 13, put the number into the app, app said order is on its way. Ok, 10 mins went by nothing, 15 still nothing! Pushed the red button, I was told to go through the drive thru because they're backed up and short handed. I advised them that I placed and order through the app! Your order will be out shortly I was told, I advised them that I've already been here 20 min for an order that should've been ready! My order was brought out, not even close to what I ordered. Advised carhop that I would like a refund bec this is not what I ordered and I've been waiting too long as it is. I was told I would have to contact the app because they have no control of orders placed through the app! I advised the carhop on how the Sonic app works since she apparently didn't know. I have now been waiting for at least 35-40 minutes total! I simply asked for a refund receipt and I'm still waiting. I understand if you're shorthanded BUT it's a respectful way to advise your customers!?

4 stalls broken and only one had a cone to let you know. Not sure what's up with the drive thru. At least put a sign on all the broken stalls so I'm not having to guess which one isn't broken. I would like to add that the employees are nice . It's just stalls that are the problem.

Ask them if I could get fresh cooked corn dogs and tater tots and they said yes. So our food came hot. The car hop was very polite skip.

I love the Breakfast Toaster with Bacon. Sonic has the best bacon of any fast food place. Real bacon and crispy. Not that floppy greasy mess that tastes like cellophane with a bunch of artificial bacon flavor.

NO ADULT SUPERVISION. EXTREME POOR SERVICE.
