Don't even get me started lol. It wasn't even that busy. It took an hour to get our food. 2 items of which were the most pathetic sandwiches I've ever seen. (The muffaletta had barely anything on it and the buffalo chicken wrap was practically flavorless) The server spent less than 3 mins at our table (over our 90 minute experience). Everytime we needed something we had to attempt to snag her attention as she quickly walked past us. She didn't even glance at our table or ask if we needed anything else. By the end of it, she brought the check and we asked for a refill. She took the cup, refilled it, and left it sitting on the soda fountain. For over ten minutes.... she didn't even come take the card to check us out. I looked and she was just laughing with her coworker behind the bar. I had to get up and ask a different employee (I think the shift lead or manager) to swipe the card and get us the refill. His excuse was that she's "had a day". Honey, I've worked in plenty of restaurants, I've had plenty of those days, I've never given such terrible service. She's lucky she even got a tip tbh. Would I come again? Eh I probably wouldn't dine in personally. I might order a to-go pizza but honestly dominos is just as good if not better lol.
Love how these guys stay open so late. When my baby was craving some pasta after a long day we took the ride out to Rotolo's. Every thing is delicious here and some how they seem to be able to keep friendly people serving in the dining room. Clean, friendly, fast, open late, cool atmosphere, good prices, fast service, close by. What else could possibly ask for.
We went the other night, food was great…service was awesome …all waiters helped each other …never had an empty drink or to wait in anything. This location has been great every time we have gone!
My husband and I was truly amazed by the food here. The Garlic bits are so very good. Everything was excellent!!! Will be back soon!!

Went in today and had very good experience, our server Nocolas C was very attentive.The food was very good.Had pizza , calzone and spinach artichoke dip.The dip was good. I will recommend. All the food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. Glad we came here today for lunch/dinner.
