Inside dining is still open. Ordered 3 piece dinner without issues. Order was ready before I made it to fix my drink! Staff is friendly and place is clean. Can't beat some good ole Popeyes chicken!
Always ask for mild, and they give me hot. The size of the chicken tender is now ridiculous. Paper thin. Save your money and go somewhere else.
So I went by to pick up a door dash order and I ordered myself some biscuits so I pull up to the window and the lady in long braids tells me my total for my personal order and takes my debit card. So I wait and watch her get all the food together then she proceeds to hand me all the bags and then looked at me and I said I need my debit card back and she said oh I thought I gave it back to you and it quickly hands it to me with the receipt so I don’t know if she was trying to intentionally keep my card or what she had planned
This location is a disappointment, chicken is never fresh, and they are not very good at getting your order correct.
Only go here if you have nothing better to do or if you are not hungry. The food is good but definitely not worth waiting as long as I did to get it. They really need to study how Chikfila does it.
This was my order , I paid then was told to pull up and wait , I waited for 35 mins . Ended up watching 5 car past me . Once there was no longer a line I reversed and asked about my food. As everyone in there looked at me confused . Then hear a guy in there saying “that already went out” I try to hand them back the recipient so they can re due my order . They said “it’s okay we got it” then had me my order I check at it is still wrong it has fries and not mash potatoes. Not sure we’re Popeyes hires there employees from but has to be under a rock Because they have 0 common sense or how to do restaurant services. I also should mention when I pulled up to the ordering menu the first thing was said was “were outta chicken” . Popeyes out of chicken how does that work . Overall if I could give this service rating it be 0/5.
Dining room is closed and the drive thru is slow as molasses. You would think a fried chicken fast food place could move a little faster. They were getting maybe 1 car through every 3 or 4 minutes...and they still got my order wrong. PITIFUL!!!
Drive thru always takes sooo long and I do understand if they are short-handed. Always friendly staff, but I do wish they would let delivery drivers come in to get orders like some of the other locations. Food always hot and fresh.
There is ALWAYS a 25 to 30 minute wait and all I asked for was extra gravy and I got barely a spoonfuls. For 30.00 seems like they woukd give sh.., and I know this is not going to at all. That's what is sad!!!
I ordered online and I was in line when I had gotten to the window to order I told them I was going to be picking up the food. The cashier was so nice and had me pull to the door and brought hot fresh chicken. This location is always very busy but you get fresh hot food every time.
