I have not ordered from this Pizza Hut for 2 and 1/2 years due to the bad quality of the pizza and very long delivery time but ordered last night and the pizza quality has improved tremendously. The pizza only took 1 hour and 10 minutes from the time the order was placed. The only thing that could be better was the ingredients were a little sparse.
This Pizza Hut should be shut down. They’re hardly open, orders are wrong, I was told I’d have a credit applied to my account for a wrong order and it wasn’t there. They can’t tell the difference between a triangle and a square because my last pizza was supposed to be square cut and wasn’t. Too many great pizza places around Watson to accept mediocrity and sub par service and food. #closeitdownforever
They haven't been taking online orders for weeks and no one answers the phone when you call.
When you order and pay for extra cheese, you should get extra cheese..

I'm done trying to order pizza hut. We always try to order for delivery and the app always says their delivery option is closed. We finally called today and tried to order delivery verbally and we were put on hold and hung up on. We are in the delivery range and have been ordering from them for years but this last 6 months- year it has been impossible to get a delivery. Pizza hut is my favorite delivery pizza but I guess I have to switch.
AMAZING service this evening. I worked for Dominos for several years. So, I know what pizza chain food is supposed to look like and what the service should be like. Since quitting Dominos, my family and I have been ordering Pizza Hut exclusively because they are the only ones that deliver out to my home. We have had problems with this location in the past (nothing major). Typically just forgetting items or a really long delivery time. But that happens EVERYWHERE. The food was never out of this world and the service was okay. There was one specific driver we really liked because we could tell she was dedicated to her job and her service was amazing and she always jumped to fix any problem I ever had. Well, we understand that this location is currently under new management. This is the first time we have ordered from them since the reforms began. I am absolutely FLOORED with how amazing everything went. I placed a timed order to be delivered to my home at 6pm. Not only was it exactly on time, but my driver was AMAZING. She was so sweet and courteous to me and to everyone she could see from the doorway. And the pizza was absolutely perfect. I’m kind of sorry a higher-up wasn’t there to grade it because it was amazing. The chicken was all sauced perfectly. AND EVERYTHING WAS PIPING HOT. I’m all for whatever they’re doing. Keep it up guys! FIVE STARS FROM ME.
