This place is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Horrible service and nasty pizza! If you’re in the area please choose another pizza joint because Pizza Hut on Range is very disappointing! Don’t believe me, try it!
Had to cancel my delivery. Delivery guy left at 5 and by 5:40 still wasn’t delivered. I live only 2 minutes from the restaurant. Called to ask where the driver was, the lady was nothing but rude and did not care.
The over all taste of the pizza was very lacking. The crust needed salt badly and the ingredient level was lacking. The cheese stick again was tasteless pizza dough. The brownie was excellent and delivery was fast. But the food product was very poor.
This particular Pizza Hut keeps DoorDash delivery driver's tips. I've been told by multiple customer's that they left tips through the Pizza Hut website which would normally go towards the delivery drivers. Well when this particular location outsourcers deliveries they keep the delivery driver's tips.
Pizza order was correct, made on time and hot and ready when I got there. Lady at counter was super nice and quick to provide service, great service for a Pizza Hut
Our pizza came with no sauce after we ordered extra sauce. Look, I just worked outside in the rain today. I dont like it but I do my job right and I expect that as a customer for pizza hut to do their job. If you cant and you hate your job then quit.
terrible! i have been waiting since 7pm to get my food it is now 9:35! this is the 2nd time this has happened! i’m livid!

getting stingy with the sauce. 2nd time this has been the case.
I ordered 8 count boneless wings using my points (125) and when the order was dropped off (using no contact) my wings were not included. There were containers of ranch sauce that I assume were for the wings. The driver was already gone and when I called the store to inquire about my hot wings no one answered and eventually the line had a busy signal/hung up. I have no idea how to get my points refunded for this missing item
