I am new to Denham Springs. We wanted pizza so we decided to try papa johns. HUGE MISTAKE! We have tried to order three times, baseball rules.. First time I ordered online, it never came to me. Come to find they stated the website was not working. They couldn’t deliver to me at that time they issued a refund. I did not get that for several weeks. HELLO WHEN YOU SLACKING THAT BAD ON FOOD DELIVERY YOU COULD AT LEAST RETURN THE KONEY RIGHT AWAY. Throw that policy out the window make your customer happy. Second order it was ordered on the phone. Order taken by Gabe. Order never showed up, it was stated they use another delivery service and my order was stolen. The 3rd time being tonight. Yet again!!! Order didn’t show! Gabe couldn’t find my order, he was the one that took the order. Again it was blamed on the other delivery service.. Either way this is obviously a constant issue, FIX IT!! When I called back he offered another refund. Not this time I want my dang order use your car and bring it to me!! That was requested 35 minutes ago, still no pizza! Given a horrible horrible rating. I’ll never do business with this location again. Shut it down these people can’t run this place correctly.
Absolutely worst service ever! Save your money. Do not waste your $ or time here! I'll eat cold gas station pizza before I ever order here ever again! 0 stars ⭐️ should be an option because they don't even deserve 1!
Called three nights in a row. No one ever answered the phone the first two nights. Then third night, they answered and left me on hold 30 minutes only to be told they cannot take an order over the phone???? WTH is that about? This place has been a problem for the last several months and now it’s just not worth the trouble any longer. I have zero desire to deal with their web site either. It tells you one thing and you get there to pick it up and “that order cannot be completed online”. They don’t notify you if this…just wait to show up 30 minutes later and they don’t have your food. Never again.
The parking lot was full so I sent my son in with cash to pay for the order. The older lady that took the money from son told him that he needed to get out because his parents needed to come in and pay for it and not send in a kid. He replied saying he had done this in the past with other people and it was ok then. She then said you need to just get out and not come back in. I could tell something was wrong when he got back into the car but didn't tell me what happened until we got back home because he knew I would had gone and taken care of this. I tried to call to talk to the manager and after trying to call for 30 minutes, no one picked up. I won't be back any time soon, and I can promise this old lady doesn't want me up there.
The food was good and delivery driver was fast and courteous.
If you order it two hours ahead of time it's going to be at least an hour late do not order delivery from this location
Pulled up in front and lady was shooing me thru the window. I couldn't understand what she meant and she came out and said back up you can't park here very rudely. I informed her that she could have been more polite. She walked back in and said tuh and smirked. I went Next door and passed back and her and 2 other workers were outside smoking. No customer service skills at all.
