A great place to bring kids they have a phenomenal salad bar and they will make you any pizza you asked for and they have an arcade for the kids after
Went for a birthday party. The private room was double booked so they had to sit us out with the public. Spoke with the manager he got ugly at first and then decided to give me more points on the kids game cards.Also, the area that we was in wasn't clean had to request for a waiter to come clean the area. And the ceiling was leaking with water on the table.
Super good pizza but the place is really gross. I've been several times and they have flies, dirty bathrooms and surfaces. Other than that it's a blast.
The Essen Lane location remodel is nice. Food seems to be the same. Employees are nice. Seems to be kept very clean.
We had the dinner buffet. Budget friendly & quick service!! Plenty of choices at all times & everything tasted great. Staff friendly & were on top of cleaning tables as soon as people left. Bathrooms clean as well. Overall, great dinner experience for my husband & I out of town in Denham Springs.
I brought my 2 teens there now that school is out. We met family friends there. 5 buffets and drinks. Dropped $20 each in arcades. I was not alliwed admittance without purchase of a buffet. I do not eat Mr Gattis, never have never will. I left them w other adults and patroned at Buddys Bbq up the road. I have never been denied access to be in a restaurant with my 2 teens. Wow Mr Gattis you should be ashamed!!! Last time I will waste 65.29 at your restaurant.
Went around 5 o clock not much pizza on the bar. Order a pizza and had to ordered it twice. I really like this place sad that the pizza bar is not as good as it use to be. They had plenty of people working.
Most of the time, we have a good experience. But last Sunday was not good at all. We called in a to go order at 7, weren't given a time it would be ready, got there at 7:10 and paid(I figured that was too soon to be ready and told them that). We were told to park and did. Waited and waited, eventually went in to check, was told they made it wrong and were remaking it and it would be done in a few minutes. My husband also went in to bring our child to the bathroom several minutes later, and they had no update. Waited some more and went back in after 8pm and asked for a refund. All I got was an I'm sorry and my money back. I'd also like to point out that several people walked in and out in that time with their pizzas, and the drive thru as well. I have no idea if they even ever made my pizzas honestly. They were pretty simple pizzas but I would have taken a different pizza at that point as I had a hungry family in the car. I don't know when or if we'll be back.
I got hair on my pizza and a mystery strung in my pasta. Pasta sauce was nasty. The only reason it gets 2 star is because of the cinnamon sticks. I am disgusted by the state of the seat when I arrived there was popcorn on the booth seat they dont even sale popcorn.
Good food nice staff expect racist cashier Karen. Did not want to give me a cup to fix my own water while handing a white family water cups and the extra large cups for the kids meal. Meanwhile attempting to show blatant disrespect and discrimination in front of our face.
