Food was great and the staff were very pleasant
So I did an order on Grubhub because Waitr hated me for some reason tonight. I always use Waitr. So I called and I spoke with Laney Weber as I was placing my order since I’ve never used Grubhub and it was missing options for the food. Laney is amazing. Management hear me loud and clear she is amazing. She walked me through it on Grubhub As it would not give me the option to choose things that I should be able to choose for some reason. After I placed my order she was able to edit the order on her end to match what I wanted. It was about 20 minutes until closing when I did my order. My order arrived and I was missing things and at this point remember it was after they closed. I was missing queso, chips, salsa, and extra chicken on a quesadilla. Between my GrubHub delivery person, Gwen, and Laney I was able to get everything re-delivered to me as it should have been to begin with. I do not blame the delivery driver or Laney, as I do not know who was in charge of checking the orders before GrubHub picked it up. But between these two women they got my order straight and re-delivered it back to me, after hours, when they didn’t have to. I also gave Gwen more cash on top of her original tip for coming back, in the rain, on a terrible night. Between those two, they MADE it right. I am thankful. These two women should her raises and make more than they do because both we let out of their way to fix it. Management feel free to msg me if need be. Gwen and Laney y’all are amazing. ❤️
Customer service has gotten so bad with new staff members… don’t know how to properly roll burritos overcharge for extra beef
cold food, undercooked chips. me: can I get some salt? employee: we ain't got packets.
Cafeteria style. It is southwest, not Mexican. Watched the food be cooked. It was delicious.
If I could give less stars, I would. Gave me a burrito bowl with undercooked meat and rice and then refused to replace it. Wouldn't even allow me to come back and exchange for an actual edible meal or a refund, I had my full meal (minus maybe two bites) and receipt and was told it was too busy to do today. They didn't include my queso or salsa either but that seems pretty small compared to the actual uncooked dish. I was polite on the phone but the employee was very unhelpful. Ive never personally experienced such bad customer service.

HORRIBLE! SO DISRESPECTFUL! THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND I ONLY ATTENDED 2 DAYS THERE I WAS STARTING TO WORK THERE ! THERE FOOD IS HORRIBLE ITS DIRTY AND SMELLS ! YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO WORK THERE OR EAT FROM THERE
They do not explain anything to new customers. They expect everyone to understand what they are serving. The cashier was slow and unknowledgable of the drink and Queso meal deal. We were charged for extra steak which consisted of 4 pieces of steak. And the only rice they had was lime rice instead of regular Spanish rice...I will not return to this establishment plus the price for what we paid was not we worth the value. Do not bother going here.
