I’m usually not the one to get on here and complain or be negative, but check this! Walk into Menchies and two girls(probably high school age) “working” behind the counter. One has their ear pods in steady playing on there phone and the other was about the same way. No greeting, no one looked up. So I, being the customer, greeted the “workers” which should have never happened. And then proceeded to get back on their phone. When I filled my cup with the things I wanted the cool whip was out which I had already had. I told the girl it was out, mainly to get her off of her behind and do something. Does this fall under management? Does it fall under the workers? I’m going with both! But does the management know?? The work ethic these days is flat out embarrassing. Probably have much more to say but I will leave it at this and see your responses.
Closes way earlier than they advertise. Says midnight, employs turned us away at 8:30 saying they were closed.
I just took my boys there for an after school treat. First, the gentleman working was sampling a frozen yogurt while helping us and it was spilling out of the cup, getting all over the place. He never washed his hands but touched the register and a yogurt machine that was dispensing disgusting looking yogurt. Then I had two $10 gift cards and he kept insisting that they had expired. I called after leaving the store and verified that they hadn’t. I haven’t been impressed with this Menchie’s store the past few times we’ve been there so I doubt I’ll be going back any time soon.
online i saw that they closed at 9 and got there at about 8:40 but apparently they close at 8:30 which was no big deal but i walked up to the door and it was locked, well as i was walking away the guy working came and unlocked the door and i was told him it was okay and we’d come back another time but he insisted! very nice guy!! even gave us coupons for another time.
Dirty and disgusting..only had 2-3 flavors that worked..trash all over the ground and the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the day it opened
Always a good experience but there weren't as many flavors available when we visited this time. It could have been because it was an odd or not as busy time. We will be back and compare the variety then.
They have a decent selection of flavors and toppings. The employees are great :)
