Everyone here has a bad attitude. My order is never right. Today they gave me a burnt quarter pounder with cheese. I also ordered extra onions didn't get that either. Looked like they pulled an old burger out the bin and put a special order sticker on it. I called no one answered.
The past two Saturdays we have orderedBreakfast from this location. The person that took the order was rude, as well as the person giving the food. I always order a latte plain and hot. When I asked to make sure that the hash brown that was added was in the bag, the manager stepping around and barked that the food was in the bag. Well, sure enough, when I started going through the bag, the hash brown was not there, and the latte was flavored just like last Saturday. I will not order or recommend this establishment ever! Very rude, and doesn’t care about customer service. If you don’t want to work and have a pleasant attitude, then close up shop. I’m very surprised the good people of Denham Springs haven’t shut you down. I will spread the word to everyone I know to take an extra few minutes and go to the McDonald’s on Florida Blvd. at least they are pleasant. I wouldn’t have even given you a star, but It wouldn’t let me leave a review with at least one star. Go figure.
If you don't mind waiting 27 minutes to get here through the drive thru you too can get a half warm chicken sandwich and overcooked french fries. Avoid this McDonald's like the plague. The individuals running it obviously do not know what they're doing the person taking money is jamming out music and the person giving you your food has earbuds in and can barely talk to you.
The good news was they offered inside ordering/dining. The bad news was they left out the egg on my two bacon/egg/cheese biscuits which I didn't discover until I was 2 blocks away.
I don't typically like to leave negative feedback; however, tonight I might as well have picked up some frozen food and microwaved it. I placed my order in the app around 6:15pm, and got to the restaurant about 20 minutes later. I waited for another 28 minutes, after checking in before the food was finally brought out to the car. I checked my meal, and realized over half of my order was not in the bags. So, I went inside... When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed there were several door dash bags lining the counter next to the employees. I waited for about 25 minutes before an employee came to the register to assist me. There were several other customers in the lobby who were waiting on orders and some who needed to place some. After the young man asked me the problem, and I explained to him that I only received 40 of the 100 nuggets I ordered, he told me he would get a manager and quickly darted towards the back of the house. 30 minutes later, a young lady came and asked if I needed help. After explaining to her I had been there for over an hour, she turned and requested the remainder of my order. The door dash orders went out at about that time... I can only imagine how long the customers had to wait on their food, and God forbid anything was wrong with the order. My family loves Mcdonald's, but it will be a long time, if ever before I go back to the location in Watson off of Hwy 16. I would understand if they were shorthanded or a school bus full of football players in the lobby or something, but this wasn't the issue. It was complete and utter negligence and disregard for the customer. Had I believed it could be done in a timely manner, I would have requested a full refund because I was no longer interested in the cold food I had waiting for me in my car. But- I knew if I were to ask for that, I wouldn't have left until after 9pm with the way things were going. All of the food, minus the 60 forgotten nuggets, was ice cold and a complete letdown by the time I was able to make it back home. As I stated before, I don't usually like to write negative reviews, but this was probably the worst experience I had ever had dealing with a food establishment. It's sad to say I will have to be writing a negative one concerning this restaurant now.
Mean lady at the window during morning shift wouldn’t give me an extra straw because “You only ordered a water” I could only take this offense to the extreme since this water most likely cost half of her weekly wage.

This is probably the worst McDonalds I've been to out of the 20 states I've visited. Every time I go through the drive-thru they never great me, they're never ready and after a minute or two of silence I say hello, someone says just a moment, which is always another minute or two. They mess up orders and give out food that's not even room temperature. One time I went through the drive-thru I tried to hand my payment over and the young girl turned away, ran over to another employee. They started rough housing and they the second employee grabbed to water hose above the sink and started spraying employee one. Absolutely no professionalism or customer care here. Pandemic is no excuse either!
Fast service, good customer service, my order was right. It's always right at that McDonald's.
