24 hour drive thru (sign on door said lobby closed, but drive thru open), but made 5 cars waiting for over 15 mins leave drive through line at 9:33pm. Vehicle that she said was last one they were taking order from wasn't even at the speaker yet. We would have appreciated being told prior to waiting in line for 15 mins that they were not going to take orders and were closing.
Slow drive thru, fries were mushy, burgers were not hot. Although ladies at windows were nice but satisfaction of food very poor.
It's wasting my time to go to McDonald's because every time I go there all I want is the m&m McFlurry but they're asking machine is always down and that's every different McDonald's that I've tried denim spring the other night didn't have no ice cream machine working what's wrong with McDonald's it's supposed to be making money I can't even get ice cream I'm not going there no more
Ordered a large iced caramel mocha frappe, and got a large iced black coffee with some caramel at the bottom. Also ordered a large fry , paid for it they still gave me a medium and everything was cold.
The sausage Biscuits and hash Browns are great. Good deal for $2
Went there last night. Waited over 15 mins, just to get ice cold fries and burger. I'm not understanding why because it was very busy. Everything should have been fresh!!!
I understand companies are short staffed right now. But put a a sign up if you are not going to be open 24 hours. We came around 12, no one would answer the intercom. Hopefully they are not getting paid for just sitting inside.
So this was not a bad mc donalds at all! Unlike the other ones in and around the Baton Rouge area...thos one actually takes orders past 11pm as advertised. Do not expect the same elsewhere
Been having great experiences at this location. The new 20 piece nuggets and a basket of fries is quite a good deal and so far has always been super fresh and good.
This is a typical McDonald's. Nothing extraordinary but nothing bad either. Good service, consistent food, reasonable wait times.
