Total disappointment!!!! My son wanted to come here for his 22nd birthday to celebrate and eat. But unfortunately when the food came to the table His meal was OK but mine was extremely cold. So I'm thinking no big deal real simple fix. just throw it back there and warm it up again. took them forever to just do that then when it came back it was still cold!! So by this point in the process of waiting on them to try and get a meal warm my son already finished and I didn't get to enjoy a meal with him for his birthday. Well one of the managers came out she was very nice and polite about it and said that she was gonna take care of it. well about 10 minutes later another lady came. it was obvious when she approached the table now action speak louder than words to me. even my kids had said something that she was very rude and had a attitude as soon as she approached us about the meal. They took the meal off still charged me for the shrimp I was done. I didn't want to say anything else. I paid online and just walked out they will not get my service again. don't get me wrong the food is great the service is poorly.
Tonight on short notice our family of 10 went to Longhorn and we were treat so well. The waitress (Valerie,Kay and Stephanie) had things delivered to us before we could even place a request. The food was excellent and all served hot and everyone received their meal at the same time. The manager, Vicki was attentive to us from the time we walked in to us leaving. Thank you all for a relaxing night with my family!!!
Great food ruined by a terrible experience. Our first waitress we had was awesome and we had experienced no issues with her. Our second waitress was snobby and rude. We were out in celebration of my graduation as I am 18 and as we enjoyed the food I had taken a few sips of my parent’s strawberry margarita (as I, again, was accompanied by my entire family) and the second waitress interrupted my socialization with my family to ID me and continue to attempt to take the drink from the table. Louisiana law states that under the legal age of 21 one may possess alcohol “ Where the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or spouse that is over 21. “ As this was not only a rude interaction as me and my family were only trying to be In celebratory of my accomplishments, it ruined our experience and lost our future business.
I usually love eating there, so I would still recommend, but our recent experience was horrible. Our server was not good. She touched all over our plates, got an attitude when we told her we were missing some of our items and said it's bc they're out(which should have been told to us beforehand, so we could order something different), ignored my husband when he asked for a refill, and to top it all off, we got super sick that evening bc of the sour salad dressing (I presume). They did offer us a $50 gift card but, that does not cut it on a $135 ticket. I'm grateful they offered something though. I will still go back bc I usually love their food, but they have one more chance.
Two friends of mine treated me to lunch at Longhorn steakhouse. We arrived straight up noon and the crowd was just starting to make it in. We were seated in a booth and my friends had a favorite waitress that they requested. She was very pleasant and she helped us decide out of the many lunch specials "which one" we would be happiest with, because I sure could not make a decision, she made it for me. Our lunch came out in no time at all and it was delicious.
Poor waitress. Too busy chatting with those in the kitchen. Messed up mine and my husband’s order by switching the way we wanted our steak cooked. She asked if I wanted a refill on my drink then didn’t bring it because she was too busy chatting. Took forever to bring the check, then took another 15 minutes to bring our card back, because she was too busy chatting. The second round of steak was cooked perfectly with the exception of the amount of salt used. Way too much, same with the steamed broccoli.
Our waitress did a good job, but because of having too many tables, it showed in her demeanor. Longhorn overextends its wait staff. My son used to work for them and this was a common practice.The food was excellent, but the wait seemed too long.
The service was great they said it would be a forty-five to fifty minute wait but it wasn't even 30mins. Our waitress was friendly. The food was amazing they have really amazing steak
There was a little weight at the door when we arrived but not very long. The food was delivered pretty quickly and was great. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Not what it once was. Very slow, my rare steak was borderline well done, my wife's baked sweet potato was practically raw, and our dessert was frozen in the middle. Overall, this place seems to have taken a turn for the worst. Save yourself from a culinary disaster. Eat elsewhere.
