What a wonderful little place! I loved customizing my pizza, and the people there are just lovely. In fact, I changed my mind after ordering, and they handled it in such a professional manner. He told me it was no problem and very smoothly changed it to my new order. I'd heard good things about them, but I was glad to experience it for myself.

Great and unique pizza restaurant with a craft your own pizza or calzone option. The food is fantastic, the store is clean and well kept, and they have never run out of a single topping or had any issues during any of my visits. The only downside comes during their busiest hours (early or mid dinner for most), which sometimes causes some of the employees to lose concern on how your pizza looks or if the amount of each topping makes sense. But for a young group of kids running the front of a busy restaurant, fantastic job!!

The cashier Baliey had an attitude and acted as if he didn't want to be at work. When I walked up to the counter to get my pizza from him, then he got very rude because I was confused about where my food was. He was throwing the food around. I didn't complain due to the fact I was about to cry and I quickly took my pizza and left. THE FOOD WAS WONDERFUL but not worth being treated like that

Decent pizza. Decent price. This employees was super friendly and didn’t seem like she minded being there. Was really nice, usually you get the feeling employees hate where they work.

My family loves lit pizza. This location does a pretty good job too. My daughter has a dairy allergy and the employees here take it very seriously. They change gloves whenever touching anything containing dairy, and they put her finished pizza on another table to get cut from the other pizzas so there's low chance for cross contamination. I appreciate the lengths they go to. And the pizzas are always perfect. Great location!!!

I love this place. It's a pizza place that makes the pizza in front of you as you go down the line with them. There is a buffet of toppings that you choose from as you go down the line. They then cook it in a fire oven. It's fast and so delicious!!

I hope Ozzie Fernandez comes here and makes things right— a huge reorg and retraining needs to be done here. Rude staff, will ignore you, send out incorrect orders, late orders, not putting correct toppings or correct amounts. Called to see if they would make it right based on what happened to our last order. Unfortunately when explaining things calmly and rationally, Nick the manager had a terrible attitude and seemed like we were wasting his time. Gave him the chance to make it right, asked him if they would remake my pizzas at the very least, since my last order, even-though placed online for a specific time was 30-35 mins late— we arrived late so the pizzas should have been done, but 30-35 mins after the set pickup time and not even making the correct pizzas with correct toppings is definitely not worth it to anyone. After my partner explains what happens again and tells him we would like it remade he paused, sighed, then let out a long drawn… o ookay….? And we paused and were like okay what?….I don’t think we were giving difficult options or being unreasonable for the poor time management, service, rudeness, and incorrectly made pizzas. We’re done with the attitudes at this location, didn’t even want to offer solutions, and we were treated like a problem—can’t even trust them to do the job right. He even asked multiple times, “sooo what’s the problem?” then acting like it’s not a problem or making excuses rather than finding solutions. Why did we have to repeat this multiple times? Clearly there were problems and it could have been solved easily and with grace.People have lives and businesses too, that should be considered when Togo/online orders are placed for a specific time—if things aren’t working out, you always have the option to alert the customer, not waste their time and money. Time=MoneyWe love supporting local businesses, but this is ridiculous even for covid standards. If attitudes and mentality were better the experience could have been saved. Don’t waste your time or money here, was really hoping to continue to support this business, but after multiple bad experiences it’s not worth it. Sad when the customer tries to have things made right only to have kids give an attitude like you’re waisting their time. Honestly at this point, a refund for past orders would be much more sufficient, a gift card to a different location might be suitable. I sure hate retaliation and don’t want to deal with it here, especially with people who make your food. I just can’t trust it especially after all this. I’ve been in the service industry for almost 15 years, management, customer service, front of house, back of house, all the positions—we’re not new to this, should have been a sweet simple fix and interaction. Why would customers value LIT if LIT doesn’t value them? A team and business thrives on good management, when there’s poor management that means everything and everyone else down the line suffers—lives and businesses can be transformed by its leaders. Please choose your leaders wisely.

Just as great as the other one in BR My only issue was lack of available to-go boxes, utensils, cup lids, and clean tables. However, we were there during lunch hrs on a Sunday and as I watched them work I really don't think they had time to do anything but take orders and make food.

The pizza here is really good. However the kids that work there Rude as Hell!!! I usually go to Lit in Prairieville, they are much more professional and nicer to deal with. I will NEVER GO BACK to that Lit. If you don't like your job find another one Do Not take it out on customers...

This is the only place I know of locally where you can get a vegan pie, and a good one at that. If you are vegan/dairy-free and have not had Daiya on a pizza before, I suggest going light on it for your first try. Hard to explain without experiencing it yourself, but a little goes a long way. We need one in Hammond!
