Roger is probably the best server we have ever had.
I had the chicken fajitas. It was well prepared and the guacamole, sour cream, salsa, tortilla were fresh and substantial.
Ordered a gallon of strawberry margarita and a large queso/ chips.We were given a comedically large bag of chips. The chips were super fresh and the queso flavorful.Margaritas were great, too.
Great food, the queso dip was my favorite and they actually give a good amount unlike most places. Didn’t have a margarita but they looked amazing. The patio was kept really warm with the heaters which made our lunch great.
I like the atmosphere food tastes good but I never feel like I'm getting the best bang for my buck here. Service is nice too.
Our waitress changed her tip on the ticket. My bank company emailed me that they noticed a very high tip on a low bill. The waitress did admit to doing this to her boss and the owner. She did not get fired!! So be careful, check your tickets and bank statements after you eat here. The owner did refund us the $25 + tip that she gave herself, and is making her pay them back for it. He also gave us a $25 gift card for this situation. I am just very disappointed that they would allow an employee to steal money from someone,admit to it and not get fired. ***check bank account after eating here***
Excellent food! Super fast service!! These guys have the best salsa and chips around if you ask me. I recommend the carnitas. Delicious!

The margaritas were very good and the fajitas unlike most Hispanic restaurants the meat was moist and seasoned well . Especially happy with the fact that the tortillas or the meat on the edge of the skillet wasn't burnt
Love La Carreta in Denham Springs. Fajitas are so good. Dont forget to try a margarita.
