So today I had 2 first for me.. ordering uber and eating at Izzo's.. So, long story short.. I ordered my food at 11:25 through uber eats and didn't get it until 3:00.. Well, UBER has a bad rating but Izzo's is a 5 for sure. They let me come after work and they remade my order! The customer service is awesome! The manager gave the go on my food. I called twice and got an answer both times. When I went to get my food they were great. The nachos were so delicious and ill definitely be going back. Thank you guys so much! I got really hungry and yall fixed it for me..
It was my first time eating here. I thought it was good. I will definitely try this again.
Was really good and was treated nicely, was a regular went 5 times a week, then they cut portions in half and started charging extra, and it didn’t taste quite as good. They are greedy and expensive
As a long time fan since there was only the one next to mellow mushroom. Will give 4 stars because nostalgia, and consistently good food. But ALWAYS dirty, the tables, the floors, drink station and over flowing trash cans. I would suggest 3 rollers. 1 grill. 1 register Atleast 1 cleaning non stop to keep up. Not 8 people behind the line.
My food was good, my mom's tacos, there was hardly any meat. Service was a lil slow, the two waiting on us were more concerned with goofing off instead of being focused on customers. We were the only people in line. They didn't even know they were out of pork until they went to make the tacos. They need to pay more attention to what a customer says. The time to be waited on, to get our food and checkout should not have taken that long. In comparison to other locations, it's almost worth the drive to BR to another location.Tables and such weren't wiped from lunch crowd. There was only us and 2 others that were already eating in there.
Ordered online, then drove to pick it up....Get there and gave them my name....FOOD NOT READY! I overlooked it, which I shouldn't have because LITERALLY NO ONE WAS THERE UNTIL I SHOWED UP!!!!!!! After waiting for my food without even complaining. Get to work.....IT'S WRONG!!!!
Food was decent, and the service was too. But, I've always had a good experience here, so I'll blame it on being a busy day, and still highly recommend giving this place a visit.
Food - goodCustomer service-- I was disgusted when I witnessed a crew member sweep and gather trash and come to fix my food with the same gloves he was cleaning up with.

I can’t stress enough how amazing and fresh the food is here! The attention to detail for picky orders (yes, that’s me.) is completely amazing!I truly love the food and the service!!
