This location was short staffed. Customers eating in were told they would wait 15 minutes before being seated because the kitchen was short staffed.This also affected the carry out orders. After ordering a carry out, we waited 30 minutes until we find out our order had not been started. We canceled our order.
We stopped here on our way, driving across the country from Texas to Georgia. Our hostess and waitress were very friendly. We only had 5 of us to serve; however, my biggest pet peave is drinks not being refilled in which we couldn't find her multiple times for that and to get our check. The food was really good no one complained about that. We just needed our waitress to be a little more visible out available.
Pretty nice inside for a IHOP. Pancakes were great and so were the omelettes and coffee! The only problem I had is the eggs were a bit under cooked but when we asked for new ones the added NO charge!
I was impressed with the cleanliness, service, and food was excellent.I have walked out of IHOP before. This location is a great place.Also, coffee ☕️ was exceptional.
Food is always good but our server wasn't as attentive as im used to. She went missing for some time but when she came back she said she was teaching someone how to make chocolate milk. How long does it take to make chocolate milk?
Food from the kitchen was slow. People who came in after us were 1/2 through eating before our order arrived. And the omelette was horrible. Very little filling and eggs were dry and no seasoning. Pancakes were spongy Will NOT be back.
Wonderful experience tonight with this IHOP! Placed a carry out order of crepes meal and some French toast. Not only was it delicious, but the lady at the pick up counter, I wish I asked for her name, was sweet and patient as I was confused with the crepes, turns out they give you everything separately so they don’t become soggy or crepes become cold! Awesome service and awesome food! Also I picked up the order at 6:35pm ish, this staff was great!! ❤️❤️
Ordered a couple meals at $3.99 delivery fee WITH a Dash Pass, and only received a little of the meal. my children were without their meal as well as we were missing pancakes and my omelette veggies were just tossed on the bottom of it instead of inside. On top of that, DoorDash would not compensate me for any of this.
Well...i really don't like leaving negative feedback...but the hash browns are way under cooked, ordered over medium eggs that the white ran all over the plate.Again undercooked ...then they put it all on a cold plate that made it all just that much worse...we understand what these cooks and waitress are going through ..so nothing was said and we left a 25% cash tip as we always do...The service is really good both quick and friendly...just wish they would cook things a little bit longer (not be in such a hurry to get it out to ya) ...and warm the plate a little...food is just about cold ...even with the quick service. Sorry to everyone there working hard every day for this bad feedback.
Great place to eat with the family, I would definitely go there again. Had a young man as my waiter named Dustin, ask for him!
