Fast, put lots of toppings on?? very polite and courteous
Pizza was tough and very over cooked. The cinna bread was rock hard, the chicken wings were hard. They gave us sauces and we didn't order and charged us for.
Ordered carry out at 10 on a Saturday. On the app it said it had been in the prep area 15 minutes. The lady at the carry out window was very rude and condescending towards me. She was acting like I was stupid and in the wrong. If my order was not ready she just should have said that instead of catching a nasty attitude. This is inadequate customer service. These employees need to either be trained better or fired. It does not take 45 mins to make a pizza especially with 10-12 employees in the back chatting instead of working on customers orders. We will not be coming back to this location.
Placed order online using the app. They failed to make one of the pizzas, I ended up having to wait in the parking lot for them to make a pizza that should have already been made. Didn’t offer a discount or any credit. So half the order was cold, plus we had to wait twice as long

Suggestion to managers, don't sell old pizza. We had ordered 2 Boston style peps. One was fresh the other was not. It's obvious to consumers. Just make to order. Good pizza otherwise.
Has really gone to sht. Once upon a time they delivered fast and delicious pizza. I havent gotten a fresh pizza in months and the wait times are just crazy.
Typically don't like Dominos but decided today to give them a try. Used a $5.99 coupon but paid extra to get deep dish and get an extravaganza pizza. I asked for it to be well done and cut in squares. Pizza arrives, it's not square cut, no big deal....but the crust still appeared to be raw, it was gummy. Decided to put it in the oven and try to cook it some more. When I tasted the pizza it had a strange cinnamon flavor. I asked my daughter to taste it without telling her my thoughts and she said, what is that taste... is that cinnamon? Tried to make a claim but they only offer a two topping pizza. Mine was extravaganza and deep dish. I called the store and they offered a $10 credit on my account. Why couldn't they just make my pizza over the way I wanted. They could have had this back. I didn't eat it. On another note the cookie/brownies were amazing! Guess I will go back to staying away from Domino's Pizza.
I LOVE the pizza but the service is lacking. When I called, the girl on the phone was so busy she was talking to someone else the entire time. When I got there to pick up my pizza, the girl at the window couldn't find my pizza OR my order at all!! So I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for them to make me another pizza. We were so hungry ?. But the pizza was wonderful!
