I called to order and got the call center..I ordered my food and she gave me a price..Transferred me to the store where I had to order again and they gave me a different price..When I told the girl that's not the price they gave me , instead of getting a manager she hung up on me... Been dealing with this place for years and never had service like this..I canceled my order after calling back and I will never go back and will tell friends about this service.
Honestly, one of the few fast food places where we've never had an order messed up.Staff has always been friendly when I arrive to pick up our orders. Pies are always hot! (We pick up - no deliveries).
The pizza I received was fresh and hot. The driver was excellent and very polite.
I will never order from denham dominos again! Ridiculous! Waited three hours to get my pizza, for it to be cold! I’m not a complainer. The first time it happened I thought okay, its probably just been a busy day. But NO. 3 times and every time horrible experience. My kids wouldn’t even eat the pizza.
Only one of my last ten orders has actually been at an edible temperature when it arrived. I shouldn't have to microwave my food for it too be edible. Still waiting on the order in the pic.
Orders not always right. Missed my Italian Sausage instead of bacon and sausage, and usually get my thin crust instead of hand-tossed wrong
Five stars for the online ordering and the speed of orders being made. The pizza is about a 3, but the service is a 5!
Management owes me a free pizza for sure. Employees can't help but they're understaffed but we ordered pizza at 5pm on a Wednesday and got it almost 3 hours later, after it sat on a heat rack for 2, cold.
Was told to arrive to pick up my order by 7:17 p.m. there was a long line of people that haven’t ordered yet so I called at 7:40 to see if they could just bring it out since it was already ready.. Guy told me that he would have someone bring it out by 8:00 still nobody! Finally just decided to wait at the window and the lady with pink hair was very rude and slammed the window in my face!!!! Do better people!!
Absolutely terrible from the service to the food. Usually I love dominos. Tonight was horrible. Ordered delivery 10 mins away at 6:30. Was ready at 6:50. After an hour of “quality check” I called and asked what was going on they said they were busy and it’d be another half hour. I asked could i just do pickup. They said okay no problem. I get there and she tells me my order wasn’t even ready yet. Weird? I drive around to wait. After 30 more minutes of waiting. She then tells me someone already delivered it to my house. Offered no kind of refund or extras not even an explanation! I then get home to cold and hard pizza and very undercooked and cold wings. They have completely let go of this store
