Got delivered with Uber was g8 experience chicken was juicy loved the food
I as so happy to finally eat here! The apple pies were old and hard! They forgot my sons biscuit! The food was just so nasty! Wasted that 22$! Never will go back there! I still have half the food and apple pies in there!
So online says youve got a 10pc tender with 2 lg sides an biscuits for 15.99 however we paid 26 bc the man told us that they didn't do 10 PC we also ordered a lg mashpotatoes an received a small fry.ALSO asked for BBQ sauce and got two different types of honey mustard . Man left the alarm blaring in the building so we both could barely hear each other so there was a lot of confusion . ? the man was also very short with me and talked over me so we had to fix stuff at the window and they still didn't get fixed. ?
I stayed and drive-through for 45 minutes. They had a car in front of me apparently they couldn't get her order right. They came to the window 5 × talk to the lady.
We pulled up at 5:35 Christmas Eve. We stayed in the drive thru waiting to order. 2 cars ahead of us and 3 behind us. At 5:48 a worker came out of the establishment locked the doors and got in her car. The hours online were until 6pm. She drove by us when leaving and rudely said we are closed and drove off. I get it’s Christmas Eve, but if the hours say you close at 6 then you close at 6. If you’re closing early tell people instead of making them sit for 25 minutes trying to order dinner for their family.
They were out of spicy chicken at the time of my visit as well as white meat chicken, they did give me a few peppers since they were out spicy chicken and this location doesn't order the spicy sprinkle offered at other locations. They also was out of Mac and cheese. They forgot my biscuits too. All in all they were very nice and fast.
I've been sitting in line for near an hour. I have a waitr order to pick up. Very slow and very understaffed. Please they all need to be fired. They don't even sound thrilled to work there. Poor sense of greeting customers and lobby is NEVER open and every location I do go to has disgusting over greased chicken
They had NO spicy chicken! We had brought a 20pc for the family with 2 sides and 8 biscuits and 2 half gallon jugs of sweet tea and lemonade. Then after I had ordered the French fries for a side and the spicy rice, got to the window and was told they was out of spicy rice. So I changed it to fries. Then I was given the 2 half gallon jugs that the lids do not fit the jugs so they would have to be stood up so it doesn't leak. Got home and found out the chicken was still hot but dry like they was over cooked. My 2 order of fries was like a small fry. To small for a family meal. I had asked for sweet tea and got unsweet. The worst part was that they didn't give me my biscuits which would have been the best part if the meal.
I really like their 3 piece dark for $3.99. I love thighs. The folks in the window are always friendly.
