the food that I got was great but some was missing. I ordered online for delivery. food arrived on time. I tried to call the store for the missing item and there was no answer. It kept saying hold and then to continue to hold press 1 and then says there a technical difficulty call again later. I've called 4 times. I even chose a different option than the to go orders once to try to let them get it straightened out. Disappointed.
This chilis used to be our go to spot. First bummer was they are no longer offering the 2/$25 which was half the reason we always went there. Decent food for a decent price. Well now it’s overpriced basic food. Service started out okay. Im a very patient person but I can’t stand being ignored. So after being ignored and seeing everyone around me (who got there waaayyy after I ordered) get their food I was fed up. My waitress wouldn’t look at me to get her attention so I ended up having to walk to the hostess and ask for my food to go. Which finally made my waitress come to our table. By that time my kids were beyond ready to go and I was pissed my husband didn’t get to eat his meal on Father’s Day. That will be our last visit to Chilis.
My take out order was stolen according to the staff at the Denham Springs restaurant. I noticed that they have a shelf right next to the door where they put paid take out orders. No one was at the register when I went in. It would be easy for someone to reach in and grab a bag. I also noticed what appeared to be people living in their vehicles in the far parking lot near IHOP. The restaurant may want to address this issue!
Fast service and Excellent customer service
This Chili's location is absolutely horrible!!!! The last 3 times I've visited this located it has taken over 3 hours from the time I've walked in the door, till the time I've walked out. Last time it was my son and I and the 2 other times I had 3 people.I ordered guacamole for appetizer with chips and salsa. For entree the chicken fajitas, cajun chicken pasta(to go) and burger bites kids meal with fries for my son. And for dessert the cookie skillet with ice cream.1) Guacamole come barely mashed up with a whole pickled jalapeño rather than fresh jalapeño, no cilantro and so little lime it was hardly testable. The server actually apologized ans said that it was clearly made incorrectly and brought the items to the table for me to add to the dish myself!2) I asked for the chicken fajitas to be cooked very well done. The chicken doesn't even look brown. The tortillas shells were HORRIBLE and so hard the broke in half when I hit them on the table. !!! I asked for more and they were much better.3) The chicken pasta was very good but did not have extra alfredo like I requested.4) burger bites had very hard bread and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease and were gross.I ordered the cookie and waited about 20 minutes only to have the waiter come over and ask if everything was correct with the bill. I replied yes but we're still waiting for our dessert. He then said "oh yea, I forgot yall wanted that to go"...um no, we didn't but good job trying to rush us out of here! So then we had to wait even longer to get the cookie. When it did come out the ice cream was the consistency of whipped cream, infact that's what my son kept calling it.Anyway, it was a horrible experience and about equivalent to the same experience as the 2 times prior. I love Chili's but this location really needs to figure out how to get their act together. No one wants to have this kind of experience....especially multiple times in a row ?Also, as a side note, the divider plexiglass was absolutely disgusting along with the bathroom and entry to kitchen. Unfortunately, I forgot to get a photo of the bathroom and entry to kitchen.
Placed a curbside order in the app. When I checked in it wasn't brought to the car. I went inside & my food was sitting on the togo rack. They didn't seem very busy. I got the drinks remade bc they were watered down. I made the mistake of not checking my food before leaving. I realized, when I got home, I had chips but no salsa, and was missing my dessert. I called the store 5 times before someone picked up the phone. The lady apologized and told me I could come pick up the missing food. I went back and got it. The food was tasty and I appreciate them fixing the order.Tldr; my order had missing items, but i got em later. Food was yummy, service inconvient.
My daughter took me today to celebrate Mothers day, we were there around noon not many people at all we ordered the cajun pasta when they brought it we didn’t get bread we had to ask for it & our food was cold.. we finally got the bread and it wasHardly cooked & had so much butter in it couldn’t eat it. They brought my daughters food back hot mine was stil just luke warm. We ate some of it took the rest home the waitress was so rude then our molten cake was nasty & stale. I will never eat here ever again!! Worse Mothers day lunch ever!!
One of the worst Chili's locations I have ever visited. Service is incredibly slow, restaurant is understaffed and mismanaged. It has been this way for months and I am not coming back any time soon. It took over an hour for a pickup order when they told us 25 minutes, and they forgot to give us our drinks. Not worth going back to wait even longer.
Great food and great lunch specials. Service is usually good as well. There may be a wait for curbside.
