This location is terrible. We put a mobile order in at 10:15am for breakfast food, and got to the drive thru staff member at 10:35am. The staff member let someone on the walkie talkie know we had a mobile order and the person on the other end very rudely told the girl no, we can do their minis but not the rest. This was unprofessional and rude to the drive thru staff member, I feel bad for her. It also was unprofessional for her to not save breakfast items for said mobile order that was placed ina timely manner. We are waiting to refunded and have no CFA breakfast #sadservice
Food was delicious as always and we had no issue with our order itself. The problem was Alexis, the TM in training who took our order. She had a terrible attitude, she was shaking her head and her hands were flailing all over the place when we’re trying to order. I’m not one to post reviews unless it’s just horrendous because I worked in food service myself, but there is no reason to treat your customers like that.
I come here pretty frequently, Love the service the lady’s who take my order outside are wonderful each time but i’ve noticed they are on their feet for quite sometime outside. It’s great that they have shade to help them in this Louisiana heat but personally i think bolting down some bench on the side would help them.
I honestly am floored to see any negative comments. Chick-fil-a has set the bar that apparently no other fast food company can follow. I mean every aspect of this organization is on point. Also I used to do there pest control and there even they cleanest restaurant ive seen, they clean it nightly i think. Some people complain about the long lines but damn the line is always moving and i never have to wait long. And to the people who complain about the long lines, could you please take 2 to 10 seconds of thought and realize that when your the best at what you do, you will see long lines, your not the only person who needs to eat dummies. And like i said, they keep the lines moving and ive never had to wait long. Chick fil a is the very best, deal with it.
Chick-fil-A is always good, but fast food can never be a 5 star place to eat. Still the best fast food, especially since Popeye's has gone downhill.
the service was incredible, like it always is. the drive thru was a bit busy considering the time but the line moved impressively quick for the amount of cars. it was the typical Chick-fil-A service.
By far the best Chick-fil-A location anywhere around Baton Rouge! The staff is always amazingly kind and they truly care about your experience there. There have been a few very rare occasions where a mistake was made with our order, and they're always so quick to rectify it! We've been to almost every Chick-fil-A within 50 miles of our home, and we always find ourselves at the Denham location. Not just because it's the closest to us, but because of the unmatched service! We could be all the way on Essen, and still choose to drive to the Denham location. Thank you for your wonderful service and dedication to your customers, Denham Springs Chick-fil-A!!! ?
Always fast & pleasant service. Orders are always correct. Food is always fresh & their mobile app is very easy to navigate.
The line moved quickly and efficiently like always. The food was hot and fresh. It was exactly what Chick-fil-A is supposed to be.
The drive thru line is horrible. After I place my order, 3 cars go in front of me from the other line. Cars are not kept in order after placing your order.Also, the staff is slacking in customer service. They don't want to walk up to your vehicle if the line is not moving to take your order, which means you have to wait longer in line for your food.They used to be the best, but they are not on their game anymore.
