After being seated the waitress came over and introduced herself only to follow with "I'm tired of this foolishness" before getting drink orders. The food wasn't great all at! I got the Cajun bratwurst and it was horrible. The chicken inside was very rubbery and gave me uncooked vibes. My husband ordered the bourbon burger and also was not impressed. Service was not good. My husband had to get his own fork and ketchup because the waitress didnt come back for a while. We won't be returning.
Great food. Highly recommend the southwest black bean burger. I love that fries need to be ordered separately. I can never eat that much food anyway but I hate to see them thrown away. Our waitress was tied up with something when we first arrived so another waitress stepped in and got our drinks. That was nice instead of leaving us hanging.
We came in tonight sitting at the bar for drinks before dinner. The food and service was great however…. Listening to the staff holler “door “ every time some one came thru the door to the kitchen became Obnoxious.As much as we try to support local business - this one would have to be take out only.This place has a lot of potential yet lacks the Polish.
Omgosh! The turkey burger was on point. Also, tried the onion rings. Thin and seasoned very well. Oh! And, the dining area was very clean. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Stop reading this review and go get you a burger.
Why it took me this long to dine at Burgersmith, I don’t know? ?♀️The choices of burgers are amazing, including Buffalo! ?I “dined” at the Jubin Crossing location and I can honestly say that the burger I ordered and the butter garlic fries were the most delicious that I have ever tasted!I also liked the atmosphere and the people working there! They went out of their way to be kind, helpful and professional!This might have been my first time, but it won’t be my last!I thought ? it was a chain, but it’s not! You can’t get this kind of quality and friendliness in a chain restaurant!Reminds me of how it used to be when people actually cared!Keep up the good work! ?
It is really nice and cozy for a casual date night. My children and I went out tonight the children had the mini burgers and fries with a healthy snack(go-gurt) pretty good for $6. I ordered the Smiths Burger minus a few toppings. I received my burger the sauces were missing and the cheese missing. They brought me the cheese to just add to the burger then brought me the sauces on the side. I was charged for the sauces that I was suppose to already get on the burger. The server was nice but I just wished this would have been a better first experience.
I'm new to the area and live a keto lifestyle. My fiance told me about this place. She had heard that their Buffalo burgers were amazing and she was not wrong. The server was amazing as well. Wish we had gotten her name.
Delicious juicy burgers (except we wouldn't recommend the turkey burger, but all other options are wonderful). I enjoy their spice blends and always get my burger on a pretzel bun. Any of the options of French fries are great and the sweet potato tots are also highly recommended.
Best burgers around, period. Different types of unique burgers and you can even build your own. Also, the fried green beans are amazingly delicious! The servers are very prompt, friendly and personable. BEST craft beers in town!! If you haven't already been there, please do!
This was the best burger I have ever had and I am a big hamburger fan. I got the ground tenderloin hamburger and it was amazing. Cooked perfectly with a pretzel bun. I wish we had one in Pensacola.
