We visit this BK 1-3 times a week. Lately we have had a problem with Handicap parking. You drive up and the parking spaces next to the building are full including the handicap. You look inside and there may be two customers inside. Are employees using all the parking next to the building? I am handicap and have trouble walking if not close to building. Other than the parking complaint everything else is great at this BK.
Tonight my daughter and I were going to order something to eat. The guy on the speaker was very rude when taking my order. He could not hear me so I asked if I could come to the window and place my order. He responded by saying "No, you can NOT! Can you SPEAK UP?" My mouth dropped .My daughter was in disbelief. I could not believe what I just heard! I could see if I was being rude to him but I was not. In fact, since I had a stroke, I slur at times and it is easier for me to communicate with the worker at the window. It is very embarrassing for me. ESPECIALLY in front of my daughter. Embarrassed and humiliated. Very disappointed. I won't be back
Drive thru and of course fries were cold. But that was because the car ahead of us had a complicated order that took extra time to get out while our fries sat there waiting....
The food is really good and a reasonably priced. The chicken sandwiches are so good!! Always hot and fresh!
Normally we love place , but tonight me and my husband have had a severe stomach ache , it had to be the food. It started about 10 minutes after we left . We both got the whopper meal.
Just appreciate y’all being there and feeding me and my family ?
My mother-in-law loves this place and they always get her order completely right they never complain if you ask for extra things they always do exactly what you ask of them and they always treat you with respect and are always polite and I'm very shocked at this because a lot of places this time of year are just in a hurry and on my way get out what they can get done or how fast they can get it done and they forget people's orders or they change it or something but either way this particular Burger King in Walker Louisiana has been absolutely fantastic lately and that's very respectful
This used to be our favorite Burger King. Today we stopped by, lobby closed. 5 cars in the drive through ahead of us. We thought no problem, just a few minutes. No. 15 minutes to process 5 orders and the guy ahead of us sat for 6 minutes before he could order. Very very slow. Not worth 20 minutes total for “fast food”. No ice for drinks. Just a really bad experience. McDonald’s is across the street and we could see them processing cars very quickly. Sorry, last trip here until they hire. Ps. BK ruined their app also.
The employees are always so kind and treat you like family. Food is always fresh. Best BK I’ve ever been to.
Considering it was Thanksgiving the staff was polite and cheerful. Our food was prepared and out to us quickly too.
