Food quality is very good. Their menu has changed and they got rid of some sandwiches I like. Now for the bad. They are never open. I went numerous times during the week for lunch to try to order a sandwich and the place was dark and locked. Supposedly, open on weekends only but who knows. I don’t know how being a national chain you can only be open sporadically when no one else is doing that. You cannot blame Covid anymore. Corporate office should find new owners or manager or shut this place down. I go to Jersey Mikes now. Which Wich lost my business!

Great sandwich shop. Go here for lunches at work all the time. Staff knows my orders better than I do at this point.
We've had food from here a number of times, almost always been terrific, sometimes a tiny hiccup. However, this time wasn't tiny. The photos below are of my 14 inch "Wicked" Wich, and it was missing ALL the Veggies I asked for (Avocado, Spinach, Tomato, Olives).
How about no stars? Slowest place ever. Crazy
First and last time...half of the food that was supposed to be hot was cold then they made half of my order and proceeded to make the orders for the people who came after me before making the rest of my order.
Very clean. I had a turkey club that was seething with avacado. The bread is tasty. Fries were very crispy for crinkle cut fries. I definitely will visit again. The ordering system is confusing to me, though. Gotta pick a bag under a category and then order something in the bag. This really is overwhelming for me and a poor choice for the brand. Need to simplify the way to order, or maybe I'm missing something here.
Don't waste your money here.

Perfect. Although, I had a couple bites that tasted like mold. When I inspected the bread, I didnt notice anything. Maybe the spinach was a little dirty? Either way, it happens! Still ate the good parts :)
