Can I make this "0" stars? This place deserved it. Got food for myself and my kids. Kids meals were wrong and missing the toy (which they were all looking forward to). All the food was cold, and the fries were stale as well. Not the first time food here has been wrong or of low quality. Not going back, I suggest that you don't waste your money. The McDonalds across the street is pretty good and the service there is better too
I went there to get the breakfast and it was good. Unfortunately they are very understaffed, or at least at the time that I went they were understaffed. Our food was hot and fresh when it was served in the drive through and because of this there was a wait.But from a few others that I've heard there have mentioned that one is not able to go into the lobby due to the shortage.I'm hoping that more people are hired on so that this Wendy's business can Thrive and doesn't close down.I had no issues with my food in the drive-through though. It was hot and fresh and the woman at the window was nice.
Every time we have tried this location the order is wrong in some way. For some reason 2 people were working the same window. While one took my card the other hurriedly handed me drinks that of course I had to wipe down first. Then I realized that the 1st lady still had my card and I watch her swipe it through the reader when she had plenty of time to do it while I was handling the drinks. I definitely will be monitoring that account for fraudulent activity.
I wish this breakfast special, bacon egg and cheese biscuit was permanent, but I sure will enjoy it while it last.
Fast service and fresh hot food. They pretty much always get my order right. There was one time they didn’t give me my Dr Pepper with my meal but that was it
This is my local Wendy’s and ordered a 4 for 4 and a medium fries to go.I got the fries and they were cold and old.I brought them back and ask for new fries and the girl serving the fries said I redrop them and gave two new fries from apparently the same batch .I returned those fries and just told the manager (male) just don’t worry about it and left.I know we are trying everyday to get back on track from covid but that time has came and gone,time to strive for excellence!!!
Food was good and friendly staff, always made sure my drink was full and always making sure i didn't need anything else.
I have never had a correct order here. These people don't care at all. I've had ingredients missing, entire items missing, or food just not being made at all! If they can be bothered to give you food, you can bet it won't be what you ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.
I wish they would open the dining area again.
Fries were not hot. Nuggets had old greasetaste. Hamburger was not hot. They were having an off day. Its usually good.
