My fault for even thinking Wendy’s was a good late night snack idea coming home after a late workout, but pull into drive through at 11:35pm and am promptly told “we’re closed” over the intercom. I said oh really, what time do y’all close because it’s posted as midnight? She replies “now”. I pass through and there was 3 or 4 workers standing around inside just chitchatting. Sorry I betrayed you chick fil a, I’ve learned my lesson.
Make sure you always check your food before you leave.
The best of the fast food burger joint trio popular in south Louisiana (McD’s, BK & Wendy’s). It’s not particularly close either. Each of the others would get two stars max.
Horrible wait time on Friday 3/25 at 10 PM. It took 30 minutes just to place an order. I actually fell asleep in line. I only ordered a baconator and my burger had no bacon. 5 people inside standing around playing on their phones. Embarrassing. All the people had a ratchet look.
Sad day when you wait in line for 20 minutes to drive away with cold fries and cold nuggets. They ran out of small cups so they gave a medium and then filled it half full of tea ? you think after all that they could Hve just filled the dang cup up.
Staff is horribly rude, unhelpful, serves cold food with a major side of bad customer service. I thought maybe the 1st time I went to wendys the staff was just having a bad night but Tonight I decided to go back for the 2nd time which turn out to be a horrible idea. The same staff was working as before they rush you while ordering, when app wasn't working correctly they just stand there starring at you instead of offering help or solution making unnecessary comments,Rudely shoves your cold bag of expensive food out the window without saying anything and of course no napkins, receipt or good customer service. Lost this famous for life!!!
I just spent $22.00 on a regular classic burger and a bacon classic burger with large fries and coke. Received no bacon or tomatoes, bread was vey soggy, fries cold. Cokes was flat.. one burger came in a chicken wrapper. Horrible service. Do waste your time and money. Cashier was very rude. This was a waste of money because I wasn't able to eat a thing.
I can accept slow but rude and made to feel I'm an inconvenience is truly not a good reflection of the Wendy's brand. Kindness is free!
I have tried this location twice, and it failed miserably both times. The first time, I went in to order, with no one in line in front of me, I still waited for 15 minutes watching as it took 5 people, manager included, to put together one burger, while one guy aimlessly walked around doing nothing but glancing my way and turning in the other direction. Needless to say, I was never served and just left. Second time I went through the drive threw, I did not receive my order of chicken nuggets for my daughter, the fries were cold, burgers were cold and still pink, the cheese was not even melted, and the buns were stail and old. Never going back again.
They are very slow, and I think they don’twant to take orders. I waited like more the 30 min i. line and then I waited 20 min for my order to be taken. when I look out the window I can see many people in the kitchen. They don’t wanna work . . A really Poor service. ????????
