Yesterday i lost my appetite after trying to order from here. I drove up to the drive thru at about 10:40-11 am and i go to order a chili. I ask for a medium chill and the lady says Small or large. My brain didn’t process that for some reason and so i said again medium. She rudely Says louder SMALL or LARGE. so i said small. “LARGE?” she asks so i simply said “yea”. Then i go to order a dr pepper. She asks me what size i want. and so i didn’t make the same mistake i wanted to make sure of what sizes were available and i ask her what sizes they have. She groans and goes on to Be even ruder and i blacked out and drove off. That customer service was extremely terrible. i’ve never left a bad review anywhere before now. but i do warn you about going to this location you might have a bad experience.
I went to buy food today and the people who are there gave me bad attention because they say that I speak Spanish is an act of racism.
Sandwich was good wish they could figure out how to pack a complete order. Paid 13.70 for sandwich combo to just get a burger. Yep let's pay them 15 an hour. Hurry up and replace these people with machines.
I think some turtles work because they take a long time with the orders, three cars that were in the line better left and I also because I was waiting 17mms when I passed in front there were two workers smoking I asked them if it was open they told me yes to put me in the line that they were going to start taking the orders
This is the 2nd time ive going through the drive through. And these people are sassy with me. Not to long ago i made an order politely of classic chicken sandwhich and wanted to get a frosty. But i ask a question. She was being a smart ace about it. I ask her is the frosty hard or soft. . last time i bought one it was soft. She kept interupting in my order. Not very polite.she is brown heavy set with red on her hair.This is in covington La. . im scared to go back because what they may do to my sw.
Everything was fresh and made correctly and service was fast and sweet. The lady on the intercom was super sweet made sure everything was right.. that is rare these days . I had a very good lunch thank u
I was disappointed in the fries. Didn't taste good. Taste like burnt grease. Chicken nuggets was lacking. Bacon cheese burger was good. Maybe an off day.
Sat in drive thru line for approximately 15 minutes to place my order to be told they had no fries. Offered a bake potato or chilli then says we out of potatoes. I asked for nuggets instead of chilli to be told NO. I canceled my order went to Chic fa la.
Really nice people. Problem is if there is more than 3 people in line at the drive through you are going to be waiting awhile. I know places are under staffed at the moment but this place is unreal slow. 3 stars is how nice the people are that work there.
Isn't the point of closing the lobby so you can take care of the drive-thru line faster? This place is slow every time I come here. The line is super long and it takes forever to get through it and they rarely get the order right. I understand they may be short-staffed but if it's that bad why is the store still open?
