On 07-04-22 @ 0915 I waited 30 min for a clean booth. Others came in after me sat themselves at a dirty table. The tables weren't cleaned until someone sat at them. I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged until 15 min in. One waitress looked me dead in the eye, looked around for open booths, saw two vacant booths that needed cleaning, turned around and started stocking coffee cups. Lol, if you don't want to serve me, that's fine by me. I can keep my money. I was greeted and served promptly at IHOP right down the street.
It was honestly pretty pitiful put of the four people there was one person of the crew who actually knew what they were doing. When we came in there was 4 tables with plates cups trash ect. And the rest full. As we are waiting one of the tables complains they haven't gotten there food in over 45 minutes, although I was hesitant of staying and waiting on a table I walked here from my hotel so I struggled through it about 20-30 minutes in a table is finally clean so we can sit. Then two couples sat next to us after us was served and finish eating before we got our food. We also got our food a side item at a time and most of the time it was cold. One of my friends sausage was only cooked on one side.. my eggs were cold and was told they would
I never seen a dirty waffle house it was dirty like someone had a food fight in there food all over the floor,the table the dishes wasn't even clean.somebody call the health department. i do not recommend this place. I ate Ayman waffle house this one gets a 0 out of 10.
Everytime we call the line says no longer taking orders. So we go out of our way for a quick breakfast and it never fails the employees are on their phones or chatting about the poor workmanship of the previous crew. This establishment got a third of our requests right and what's crazy is we saw they had everything right on the receipt. Go figure they were entertaining one another untill the manager came back from break. I will update this review in 3 months time
As usual WH is on point. The staff was friendly and attentive, every WH I've been to is the same. I love WH.
Friendly service but I sure wish they wore hairnets. I found a white hair in my hash browns ?
Great food and great service from staff. Very full for a afternoon lunch
I love Waffle house. The only issue I have is they no longer serve hot chocolate and some of my friends do not drink coffee so when it's cooler outside hot chocolate is what they look fo.
I have been going to this Waffle House for 16 years. I have never had a bad experience here until last night, 12/17/21. Patty was sooo slow and so rude. She took our order and that was the last we saw of her. The cooks delivered our food. We had to bring our cups up to the counter for refills. When we paid.our bill, she didn't even have it ready. She kept saying she was only 1 person, but there was a total of 3 tables when we were in there. Will not go there at night ever again..
The waitress Patty was very slow, and rude, even though there is hardly anyone in the restaurant. The cooks had to bring out the food, who were very nice. 12/17/21 6:58 pm
